SrTiO3 ferroelectric nanowire have attracted considerable attention due to their numerous potential applications, including new electronic devices. Size effects on phase diagrams of SrTiO3 nanowire are investigated using an Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire approach. Separation of variables method for solving Euler-Lagrange equation have been used. the paraelectric–ferroelectric transition temperature dependence on nanowire radius, electrostriction coefficient, effective surface tension.
