We propese a new design of layered structure containing graphene as (AGBGAGAGBG) so called random supercell. We shown that this structure has photonic band gape in the THz region which is sensitive to the polarization of incident beam. The results shown that the optical properties of this random supercell depend on the optical parameters of the graphene sheets and can be controlled via a gate voltage. As well as, the angle of incident beam can be affected the transmision spectrum of structure for both TE and TM polarisations. The studeid structure provides important information in the potential application of graphene in layered structure as an optical devies such as filters and so on.
