In this talk, first we introduce the concept of $\sigma$-$C^*$-dynamical system and present some basic results concerning this notion. Applying the concept of $\sigma$-inner endomorphisms, we demonstrate the definition of approximately inner $\sigma$-$C^*$-dynamical system and its associated $\sigma$-ground state. In particular, we provide the existence of a large class of non $\sigma$-inner approximating so-called dynamical systems without their associated $\sigma$-ground states.
