A Non-Weak Supercyclicity Criterion on Banach Spaces

Let $X$ be an infinite dimensional Banach space and $\Gamma$ be a subset of bounded linear operators on $X$. We give sufficient conditions under which a vector in $X$ is not a weakly supercyclic vector for $\Gamma$.
