The aim of this study was the effect of bio/neurofeedback training on the audio and visual attention of elite shooter. In this study 24 elite shooters of Kermanshah Province participated. All participants were tried that their trainings as well as the number of shots were closely controlled in order to assure their physical and special trainings. In this study, the computerized Integrated Visual and Auditory test (IVA) was used. This test has been considered as both a pretest and a posttest after intervention. For the bio/neurofeedback training, the ProComp bio/neurofeedback with eight channels was used. Each athlete in the first group carried out the neurofeedback training for 20 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes three times a week. Second group also participate in the biofeedback training for 20 session and 45 min each lasting 45 minutes. To compare the results of the pretest and the posttest, the dependent t-test was used. Comparing between neurofeedback and biofeedback groups we used independent t-test. The significance level was set at 0.05. The results showed that the attention mean scores in the three visual, audio, and total variables were higher in the posttest than in the pretest in both groups. In order to study the effect of neurofeedback training on the increase in the total score as well as visual and audio attentions. Finding of this study also indicated that the neourofeedback training was better than biofeedback training in IVA test. Participant’s performances were increase after intervention variables in both groups. According the research finding, we can be said that the neurofeedback training act on the waves of the sensory-motor beats which are responsible for coordinating the sensory-motor acts of the brain waves, and strengthen these waves in addition to the beta ones. This leads to improve the visual and audio attentions. The biofeedback training also was improving the heart rate and breathing systems for good performance.
