Introduction: Recently one of the ways to patients continually monitor is emphasizing on promoting self-care behaviors and the use of new technologies associated with this disease. Recently, employing cellular phones technology to control the self-care behaviors and to prevent sicknesses in order to change the patients’ lifestyle has become the focus of attention. Sicknesses related to heart and veins have been the main causes of mortality in different societies for which the positive effect of sport exercises has been observed. The present study aims to investigate the effect of a period of self-care interval aerobic exercises using the Telehealth intelligent application on In some risk factors in the secondary prevention among the males with Coronary artery disease. Methodology: 40 female class 2 patients of Coronary artery disease with relative improvement have been studied. They were randomly assigned to three groups of self care exercise; Using app(n=14), exercise group with a coach (n=13), control group (n=13) who went through the research study period. The Green heart android application with the capability of using Burg index to control the exercise intensity and sending messages to the therapist in the self-care exercise group indicating the end of the program in each session was designed and coded using eclipse software in Java programming language. Having been on fast for 12 hours, the research blood variables were measured using blood samples from arm veins in the laboratory in the pre-test and post-test stages. The exercise group patients attended an eight week program doing interval aerobic exercises including 5 days a week frequency and intensity of 45 to 75 percent of maximum heart rate. The obtained data was analyzed using ANOVA statistical method. Results: the results indicated that a period of self care aerobic exercise using the intelligent application significantly decreased the fibrynogen levels, weight, BMI, waist and hip size (P≤0.05) It is worth mentioning that the mentioned changes were also observed in the exercise group with a coach but not in the control group. and noticeably increased the VO2max (P≤0.05). Discussion: the self care interval aerobic exercises using the intelligent android application caused favorable effects on fibrynogen levels, weight, BMI, waist and hip size, VO2max and the function of heart and veins in Coronary artery patients.
