A Fuzzy AHP Model for Process Selection in Education System

Process selection is a critical part of BPR, in achieving cost reduction, improving quality, creating value added, time saving, and achieving other organizational goals.This article examined a new view of process selection in BPR using the fuzzy logic approach and assessed its impact on decreasing uncertainty and ambiguity in decision making.
