License Plate Location Recognizing plays an important role in the automated transport systems. This paper presents a fuzzy based method for this problem in digital imagesof Iranian cars. We used some intuitive rules such as brightness and darkness and also experiences’ opinions to detect the licenseplate. The results show that the system is accurate and can enhance the robustness up to 94%.
