Econometrics of Energy Consumption in Residential Sector: A Case Study

In this paper, an econometrics method is presented to study the behavior of Iranian energy consumption. The proposed method of this paper categorizes the household’s energy into different groups. Using some traditional econometrics techniques, various multiple regressions are also performed to study the relationships among different variables such as residential building characteristics and occupant’s income
