تحليل روان¬شناختي رشد و تكامل اجتماعي از نگاه قرآن و روايات

Psychological Analysis of Social Growth and Evolution from the Viewpoint of the Quran

چكيده يكي از ابعاد مهم رشد انسان، رشد اجتماعي است. فرض بر اين است كه در منابع اسلامي و خصوصا قرآن به اين بعد مهم از ابعاد رشد انسان توجه شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر يافتن آيات و روايات مرتبط با اين بحث در قرآن و سنت و ارئه تحليلي روان-شناختي از اين آيات و روايات است. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي مي‌باشد. به منظور بيان ويژگي‌هاي رشد و تكامل اجتماعي از نگاه روان‌شناسي و قرآن، از روش توصيفي و براي تحليل روان¬شناختي از رشد و تكامل اجتماعي از روش تحليلي استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه براي رشد اجتماعي انسان آموزه‌هاي متعددي در قرآن و روايات وجود دارد. بخشي از آموزه‌هاي اسلام كه بيشتر در روايات معصومان(عليهم‌السلام) وارد شده است، مخصوص مراحل مختلف رشد كودك است. اين آموزه‌ها توصيه‌هايي براي رشد و پرورش اجتماعي فرزندان در سنين مختلف ارائه مي‌كند. اما بخش ديگري از آموزه‌ها، اختصاص به گروه سني خاص ندارد و بصورت كلي براي همه انسان‌ها و جوامع بيان شده است. موارد متعددي از اين آموزه‌ها در قرآن موجود مي‌باشد. بر اين اساس، طراحي خداوند بصورت تكويني و تشريعي بگونه‌اي است كه، انسان در قالب اجتماع و با تعاون با ديگر اعضاي جامعه به اهداف متعالي خود مي‌رسد. فرايند رشد و تكامل اجتماعي بر مؤلفه‌هايي مبتني است: 1. درك و پذيرش تفاوت¬هاي فردي، 2. نيازشناسي، 3. تأمين دو سويه نيازها، 4. تسخير (به كار گيري دوسويه براي رفع نيازها) 5. جمع¬گرايي و مسئوليت¬پذيري اجتماعي 6. اقامه عدالت اجتماعي 7. ترويج ارزش احسان و تشويق به ارزش¬هاي زندگي ساز (مواسات، هبه، صدقه، انفاق و مانند آن). كلمات كليدي: رشد، رشد اجتماعي، قرآن، روان¬شناسي

Abstract Human being is a social being and requires communication with others, because through interpersonal interaction and social communication, many of the human needs, abilities and talents will flourish and get activated. Have the Islamic resources in general and the holy Quran in particular paid attention to this dimension of human growth? The purpose of this study is to firstly find the related verses in the Quran and then provide a psychological analysis of these verses. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The author uses a descriptive method to explicate the characteristics of human development from the viewpoint of the Qur an, and to analyze development from a psychological analysis viewpoint, he uses analytical method. The findings of the research show that social development from the viewpoint of the Qur an, in the first step, is to mobilize men’s resources for otherism and collective life. Allah has existentially laid such desires in the nature of human beings. They are to be put in their due direction and within the framework of Allah’s glorious decrees. Those divine decrees, which regulate the social life of human being, have come through the divine messengers and books. Performing Hajj, offering Friday prayer, and other congregational prayers, the principle of fraternity, equity, and the denial of monasticism are among the teachings that connect legislative lordship to existential lordship in the formation of social life. Social life is naturally based on three pillars of individual differences, mutual need, and subjugation in the form of cooperation and collaboration. Keywords: Growth, Social Growth, Quran, Psychology
