چكيده
با توجه به آتش‌افروزي دشمنان خارجي و ايجاد فتنه و دودستگي بين مسلمانان و تلاش براي از بين بردن جبهه مقاومت اسلامي و در رأس آن نظام بابركت جمهوري اسلامي كه منشأ بيداري اسلامي در امت اسلامي گشته و از سو ديگر با توجه به اوضاع كنوني امت اسلامي، در اين مقاله سعي داريم به تبين اصول سياست خارجي امت اسلامي ازمنظرمقام معظم رهبري كه بر پايه مباني مستحكم قرآني بنا نهاده شده بپردازيم؛ بنابراين در متن مقاله به بيان مباني قرآن در( سياست خارجي، دشمن‌شناسي، امت اسلامي) با محوريت بيانات رهبر فرزانه انقلاب پرداخته، ودرپايان به بيان اصول و مباني اساسي سياست خارجي امت اسلامي درجهت پيشبرد اهداف عالي دين مبين اسلام به‌عنوان راهكارهاي عملي، در مواجهه با دشمنان اسلام اشاره مي‌كنيم؛ و درنتيجه گيري، با اشاره به آيات و مباحث اتحاد امت اسلامي نظير آيه۱۰۳ سوره مباركه آل‌عمران( وَاعتَصِموا بِحَبلِ اللَّهِ جَميعًا وَلا تَفَرَّقوا ...) واز سوي ديگر با توجه به مبناي مستحكم قرآني در مورد عزت و قدرت مطلقه دين اسلام، نظير آيات (سوره نساء، آيه 141 ولن يجعل الله الكافرين علي المومنين سبيلا...و سوره مباركه توبة آيه ۳۳، هُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ رَسولَهُ بِالهُدى وَدينِ الحَقِّ لِيُظهِرَهُ عَلَى الدّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَو كَرِهَ المُشرِكونَ) بايد دربرابرسياست نفوذ، و اختلاف‌افكني استكبار جهاني ايستاد.

چكيده لاتين :
Abstract
Presently everyone bear witness to the efforts made by foreign enemies in igniting the flames of sedition and disunity amongst the Muslims. They attempt to eliminate the Islamic Resistance Front, particularly the Islamic Republic of Iran, which brought about Islamic awareness in the Muslim community. Given all what has been mentioned, this article is an attempt to explain the foundations of foreign policy in the light of the Supreme leader’s views which is based on the solid Quranic foundations. Therefore, in this article, the principles of the Qur an are outlined in (foreign policy, knowing the enemy, Islamic nation) focusing on the supreme leader’s views. In the end, the author explains the basic principles of foreign policy, the Islamic Ummah for meeting the high goals of the Islamic religion as practical solutions in the face of the enemies of Islam. He refers to some verses including verse 103 of chapter al_Emran [And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves] to lay emphasis on unity. Given the Quranic solid foundation on the Muslim dignity and the absolute power of Islam, [and never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers] and another verse of chapter al-towbah [It is He Who hath sent His Messenger with guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it)] draws the conclusion that: we have to stand firm and resist against the dangerous policies of ignorant global powers. They peruse their own interests via influence and creating disunity among the Muslims.
