صلح و جنگ در انديشه سياسي قرآني امام خميني(ره)

Peace and war in the political-Quranic thought of Imam Khomeini

مقدمه صلح و جنگ از مسائل كليدي بشر در طول تاريخ بوده است.اينكه چرا جنگ اتفاق مي افتد و آيا طرق ديگري براي رسيدن به مطالبات وجود دارد،همواره در انديشه بشري مورد پرسش بوده است.اين مساله در انديشه واقعگرايان بر اساس منازعه و اصالت جنگ بنا نهاده شده و آرمانگرايان اصل را بر صلح گذاشته و براي نهادينه كردن آن در عرصه بين الملل تلاش مي نمايند.براي بررسي اين موضوع در انديشه اسلامي بايد كاري تخصصي صورت پذيرد.در انديشه سياسي امام خميني(ره)كه نشات گرفته از انديشه ناب اسلامي با محوريت قرآن كريم است مسائلي را مي يابيم كه ماحصل آن سنجش مطلوبيت صلح و جنگ با تراز حق و عدالت است. دليل اهميت انتخاب ايشان اين است كه علاوه بر بعد ديني و معنوي، تشكيل حكومت اسلامي داده و دين را در سياست، ظهور و بروز داده اند. با توجه به اقبال روز¬افزون آزادگان جهان به ايدئولوژي اسلام ناب محمدي و الگوگيري ملت¬ها از انقلاب اسلامي ايران، بيانات و عمل ايشان در مواجهه با شورش¬هاي داخلي و تجاوزات خارجي(به عنوان مثال، هشت سال دفاع مقدس)هم، گنجينه بسيار با ارزشي از مواضع اسلامي را به نمايش مي¬گذارد. در اين مختصر پس از بيان پاره اي از مفاهيم، به توضيح اصالت صلح در انديشه سياسي قرآني اين مرد بزرگ پرداخته و مولفه هاي جنگ مشروع را مطرح مي نماييم و در ادامه نيز مباني جنگ و صلح را از ديدگاه ايشان توضيح خواهيم داد. واژگان كليدى: قرآن كريم، صلح، جنگ، انديشه سياسى، امام خمينى (ره).

Abstract Peace and war have been key issues of humanity throughout history. The question that why war happens and whether there are other ways to meet one’s demands, has always been thought about by human. This problem in the realists thinking is based on the conflict and the principality of warfare. The idealists emphasize on the principle of peace and attempt to institutionalize it in the international arena. In order for this thought theory to be examined in the Islamic thought, we are in need of conducting technical [special] work. Given the inspiring role of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the high interests of the truth-seekers from around the world in embracing the Islamic pure ideology, the necessity of conducting such specialized research papers will be multiplied. The ideas of Imam Khomeini as the supreme leader of revolution are as valuable treasures derived from the positions of the Quran in the face of the resisting infidels. In Imam Khomeini’s reflection which rest on pure Islamic thought. Imam Khomeini’s account, being derived from the pure Islamic thought, revolves around the Quran. One finds issues that peace is far better than war. According to Imam Khomeini’s views, seeking peace without justice, causes national contempt and getting involved by autocratic regimes. On the other hand, waging war without seeking justice is also abominable. Abstractly, war is not essentially desirable. Waging war in the face of colonists and internal strife is permissible.
