The theory of levels of political justice in the Quran

چكيده عدالت و اجراي آن يكي از نياز هاي اساسي و فطري انسان است كه همواره در طول تاريخ وجود آن يكي از ضروري ترين خواسته هاي جوامع انساني بوده است. با توجه به اهميت مفهوم عدالت به ويژه در عرصه زندگي سياسي از ديرزمان موضوع عدالت جزء مهم ترين مباحث و دغدغه‏هاي انديشمندان سياسي بوده است و آراء و نظريات ‏گوناگوني درباره آن بيان شده و به رشته تحرير درآمده است تا جايي كه مي توان ادعا كرد كه همه فلاسفه سياسى به ‏نحوى به بحث عدالت پرداخته‏اند و گستره زمانى اين بحث‏ به درازاى ‏انديشه‏هاى سياسى از عصر كلاسيك تاكنون ‏مى‏باشد. ‏در اين نوشتار بر آنيم ضمن تعريفي مختصر از عدالت سياسي به بررسي سطوح مختلف آن كه در پنج محور بيان خواهد شد اشاره مي كنيم. اين سطوح عبارتند از: سطح نظام سياسي، كارگزاران، قوانين، ساختارها و رفتارها كه با توجه به آيات قرآن كريم مورد بررسي قرار دهيم. واژگان كليدي: عدالت سياسي ، نظام سياسي ، مشروعيت، كارگزار ، قانون، ساختار

Abstract Justice and its implementation is one of the essential and intrinsic needs of man. Throughout history, it has always been one of the most urgent demands of human societies. Given the importance of the concept of justice, especially in the field of political life, justice has long been one of the most significant topics and concerns the political thinkers have produced various works and opinions about it. Thus, it can be easily claimed that almost all political philosophers have dealt with the issue of justice in one way or the other. This topic has been one of the major concerns of political leaders not only in the classical age but also in the modern world. In this paper, we will put forth a brief definition of political justice to examine its different levels, which will be stated in five pillars. These levels include: political system, administrators, laws, structures and behaviors. The author, considering the Quranic verses, sheds light on all five levels of justice.
