چكيده
بي شك سرمايه¬هاي فكري بسياري در متون و نصوص ديني وجود دارد ولي اين سرمايه‌ها تا در قالب‌ها و سيستم‌هاي معيّن و مشخص، فهم و كشف نشوند، نمي¬توانند راهگشا و كاربرد داشته باشند؛ چرا كه با مفاهيم كلّي و تفسير نشده دين، نمي¬توان در جوامع امروز بشري نقش داشت و دگرگوني‌ها را رهبري كرد. قرآن كريم دستورالعمل زندگي بشر تا روز رستاخيز است و لذا بايد همواره پاسخگوي نيازهاي وي باشد. يكي از انواع ارتباط با قرآن كه اهل بيت(ع) بر آن تأكيد داشته و بر لزوم آن تصريح نموده اند، روش فهم استنطاقي است. كه انديشمنداني از جمله شهيد صدر آن را به عنوان مطلوبترين روش تفسير قرآن برشمرده اند. اين روش حضور جدي دادن به اين متن صامت، در جوامع بشري، و حلّ معضلات و دغدغه ها، و ايفاي نقش در جامعه است . اگرچه، اين تعامل با محوريت متن قرآن انجام مي شود ولي شروع آن، از متن جامعه و مشكلات آن است. دراين مقاله بر آنيم تا جايگاه روش موضوعي استنطاقي در روش شناسي فهم قرآن را در سه حوزه مباني، اهداف و كاردهاي نظام سياسي، در پاسخگويي به اين سوالات، واكاوي نماييم.

Abstract
Undoubtedly, there are many intellectual capitals in religious texts, but these assets cannot be applicable and effective unless they are understood and discovered through definite samples and well-defined systems, because with mere general and abstract concepts one cannot play a role in today’s human societies and lead the transformation. On the other hand, a Muslim man, in dealing with the human-made views and philosophies in various fields of society and life, tries to hear and understand the view and philosophy of Islam. He is keen to know what Islam’s view about the solutions, today s human beings, with their correct and incorrect experiences, have offered. Indeed, Islam accepts true human experiences, albeit, on condition that they should not stand against its transcendental views of human and life. For example, he wants to figure out the Islamic philosophy and political system, and moreover he tries to focus on common elements Islamic political philosophies share other schools of thought. Likewise, other philosophies that interpret different aspects of life. What needs to be done for this purpose? How can the human views, systems of thought and the criteria for making better choices based on human experiences, can be obtained from religious texts? In this paper, we look at the position of methodology of understanding the Qur an (the interrogative-thematic method) in three areas of the fundamentals, goals and tasks of the political system.
