چكيده
قدرت نرم كه جوزف ناي اصطلاح آن را ابداع نمود و مدت ها قبل از وي پروفسور مولانا واژه ي قدرت ناملموس را براي اين موضوع به كار گرفته بود مسئله ي تازه ي نيست، بلكه تمدن هاي گذشته نيز به اين مسائل توجه داشته اند. در عصر حاضر، تمدن غرب با اتكا به پيشرفت هاي علمي، صنعتي، اقتصادي و رسانه ي به دنبال افزايش قدرت نرم خود و نفوذ بر ديگر ملت ها و كشورها مي باشد وسعي مي نمايند تا به صورت غيرملموس فرهنگ هاي ديگر را به انزوا بكشاند و فرهنگ خود را جايگزين سازد، ولي در اين ميان تمدن اسلامي و حكومت اسلامي اين ظرفيت و توانايي را دارد كه نه تنها با فرهنگ غرب مقابله نمايد و قدرت نرم وي را با چالش هاي جدي مواجه سازد بلكه با استفاده از ظرفيت هاي موجود، قدرت نرم خود را در سطح بين الملل به طور قابل توجهي افزايش دهد.
منابع قدرت نرم به صورت كلي بر آمده از فرهنگ، اقتصاد و سياست مي باشد و قدرت نرم در سياست خارجي دولت اسلامي در سه حوزه ي باورها، گرايش ها و كنش ها مانند معنا گرايي، توحيد و يكتا پرستي، احياي مكارم اخلاقي، برابري انسان ها در خلقت، احيا و گسترش نظام خانواده، حل مسالمت آميز اختلافات بين المللي، همزيستي مسالمت آميز و لزوم پاي بندي به عهد و پيمان و... نهفته است كه توجه لازم و كافي به اين امور، افزايش قدرت نرم دولت اسلامي را در سطح بين المللي به دنبال خواهد داشت.

Abstract
Joseph Nay has developed the term of soft power. Professor Mawlana, has however, from long time ago, used the very term intangibly. The past civilizations have also addressed these issues. In the present day, the Western civilization, by relying on their scientific, industrial, economic and media breakthroughs, seeks to increase its soft power and influence other nations and countries. They attempt to destroy other cultures and replace them with their own culture. But Islamic civilization and the Islamic state have the capacity not only to confront the culture of the West, but also to prompt its soft power face serious challenges. Islam has the capacity to its existing capacities, and increase its soft power significantly on the international level.
The sources of soft power are generally derived from culture, economics and politics, and the soft power in the foreign policy of the Islamic State is in three areas of beliefs, attitudes and actions such as meaningfulness, monotheism, the revival of moral wisdom, human equality in the creation, restoration and expansion of the family system, the peaceful resolution of international disputes, peaceful coexistence, and the necessity of observing treaties and etc. To increase the soft power of the Islamic state in International level, it is necessary to pay enough attention to these elements.
