چكيده
قرآن كريم از زمان نزول تاكنون همواره مورد مخالفت و هجوم شبهات دشمنان اسلام واقع شده چنانكه با فزوني اين شبهات در سالهاي اخير، كتابهايي با عنوان «نقد قرآن» نگاشته و منتشر شده است.از جمله شبهات مطرح در مورد قرآن، مصلحت گرايي سياسي مبتني بر تبعيت دين از منافع سياسي و مادي است. با توجه به اينكه مصلحت، تبيين كننده چرايي و چگونگي رفتارهاي اتخاذ شده در دين اسلام و از مفاهيمي است كه كاربرد صحيح آن باعث تامين منافع پايدار جامعه و تحقق اهداف عالي شريعت است و فاصله گرفتن آن از مباني اسلامي و گرايش به مادي گرايي، انحطاط جامعه اسلامي را در پي خواهد داشت، بررسي مباني و ضوابط قرآني آن در پاسخ به شبهه مذكور ضروري مي نمايد.
دراين پژوهش با بررسي مباني و ضوابط مصلحت در قرآن ، مشخص مي شود كه مصلحت از ديدگاه قرآن به منفعتي اطلاق ميشود كه مقتضاي علم، عدالت و مشورت بوده و درجهت تامين اهداف غايي شريعت، منافع معنوي ، پايدار ، اجتماعي و درچهارچوب اخلاق و احكام شرعي به كارگرفته شود.گستره مصلحت در قرآن، تمامي شئون جامعه اسلامي را فراگرفته و در برخي موارد با هدف حفظ اسلام به عنوان مهمترين مصلحت جامعه، سبب تغيير فرهنگ جامعه و قوانين عرفي و شرعي شده است.

Abstract
From the beginning of revelation of the Quran to date, the opponents of Islam have always attempted to cast doubt on the validity of the Quran. To this end, hundreds of books have been published in recent years including a book titled Review of the Qur an . Among the doubts raised in this book, is the expediency that the religion can be subordinate to political and material interests. To the author, expediency is a crucial concept that needs to be addressed correctly. For expediency explains the philosophy and quality of the behaviors adopted in Islam. Its proper comprehension and application ensures the sustainable interests of the society. As such, through expediency one can realize the sublime goals of the Sharia law, and its separation from the Islamic principles and moving towards materialism, will bring about the decadence of Islamic society. Thus, it is necessary to examine its Qur anic meaning in response to the above-mentioned doubts. In this study, by examining the concept of expediency and its foundations in the Quran, it becomes clear that expediency from the Quranic viewpoint is referred to those benefits that science, justice and consultation necessitate them. And those benefits should satisfy the ultimately objectives of Sharia law, the spiritual benefits, be sustainable and social, and within the framework of ethics and the Islamic legal rulings. The extent of expediency in the Qur an covers all aspects of the Islamic society and in some cases, with the aim of protecting Islam, as the most important expediency of the society, has changed the culture and the customary and religious laws.
