ولايت فقيه از نظر قرآن، روايت و عقل

Velayat-e Faqih [the authority of a jurist] in the light of the Quran

چكيده در اين تحقيق ولايت فقيه را از منظر قرآن، روايت و عقل مورد برسي قرار مي¬دهيم. با توجه به اهميّت امامت و ولايت در جامعه اسلامي و همچنين نقش آن¬ها در اجراي قوانين الهي در جامعه، اين مسئله را اولا درآيات قرآن و بعد از آن در روايات اهل¬بيت(ع) و فرمان آن¬ها مخصوصاً در زمان عدم حضور آن¬ها و توصيه آن¬ها به شيعيان نسبت به ولايت علماء دين چي بوده را مختصراً بيان مي¬كنيم و همچنين اهميّت و اثبات اين مسئله از نگاه عقل بيان مي¬كنيم. كتاب¬هاي استفاده شده در اين تحقيق: حديثي، تفسيري، تاريخي، توصيفي... مي-باشد. كليدواژگان: ولايت، فقاهت، رجوع، نظم و قانون.

Abstract This research, aims to study the authority of a jurist from the perspective of the Quran, narration and reason. Considering the importance of Imamate and authority in the Islamic society as well as their role in implementing the divine laws in society, this issue is going to be studied first in the light of the Quranic verses, later in the traditions of Ahl al-Bait (a), and their decree, especially at the time of occultation. What were the Shiite Imams’ advice to their followers in regard with the political authority of the Shiite scholars? All these issues will be dealt with briefly in this paper. The research method of this paper is descriptive-analytic. The author also pays heed to the significance and arguments of this issue in the light of reason. The sources used in this research are: Hadith, Interpretation, Historical, Descriptive and etc. Keyword: Quran, authority, jurisprudence, reference, order and law
