اعجاز مديريتي قرآن(با تأكيد بر نظريه رهبري اخلاقي)

چكيده رهبري به معناي توانايي نفوذ بر(فرد، گروه، سازمان، جامعه) براي رسيدن به هدف يا هدفهاي سازمان، جزء جدايي¬ناپذير دانش سازمان و مديريت بوده و نقش اساسي در اثربخشي عرصه¬هاي سازماني و فرآيندهاي مديريتي ايفا مي¬كند. بنابراين چارچوب نظري نظريه رهبري اخلاقي برگرفته از نظريه¬هاي رهبري در سازمان و مديريت پشتيبان نظري اين نوشتار است. بررسي فرضيه تحقيق منوط به تبيين موضوع بر اساس تفسير موضوعي برون قرآني(روش استنطاقي شهيد صدر) با استفاده از منابع تفسيري است. يافته¬هاي تحقيق نشان مي¬دهد كه جهت دست يازيدن به اعجاز در حوزه اخلاق رهبري، موضوع از سه زاويه قابل طرح است؛ نخست گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي ناظر به آياتي از قرآن كريم به عنوان مطالب و دقائق علمي در قلمرو مسايل دانشي سازمان و مديريت كه نوعى رازگويى علمى در عرصه دانش بشري شمرده مي¬شود، دوم؛ كاركرد اعجازگونه و تحول چشمگير و سوم؛ گزاره¬هاي اخلاقي كه بوسيله پيامبر امّي در قرآن بيان شده كه به عنوان معارف بلند و بى‏بديل به حساب مي¬آيد. بنابراين با نگاه كلي به نمونه‌هاي ذكر شده از گزاره¬هاي اخلاقي براي پيامبران(ع) به طور عام و پيامبراكرم(ص) به طور خاص به عنوان رهبران بشريت، مي‌توان اعجاز اين بُعد از محتواي غني قرآن مجيد، يعني بينش بي بديل معرفتي اخلاق مدارانه قرآن در حوزه رهبري را برداشت و ارائه كرد. كلمات كليدي: قرآن، مديريت، رهبري، اخلاق، اعجاز مديريتي، اعجاز رهبري

Abstract The present article focuses on the management miracle of the Qur an emphasizing the ethical leadership as one of the latest theories in the field of leadership of the organization. The author, adapting a scientific approach, attempts to pave the way for revelatory teachings to enter in the context of organizational life and management processes. Moreover, he attempts to find a new critical issue for both thinkers in the field of organization and management and the experts of Quranic sciences, to deal with. Using the descriptive-analytical method, the author first explains the concepts and findings related to ethical leadership, and studies the issue from three different angles: first, he throws light on the moral propositions as scientific materials in the domain of organization and management, which is considered a kind of scholarship in the field of human knowledge, second, he studies the issue of miraculous function and dramatic change. Third, he will study the moral propositions [as the sublime teachings] the Quran states for the leaders. Finally, he has concluded that it is possible to admire this miraculous aspect of the Quran after a deep study of the Quran and the examples appreciated by the Quran such as the prophet Muhammad [s] and his family members.
