چكيده
اخلاق تعامل در آموزه‌هاي اهل بيت عليهم السلام فراگيرنده مجموعه‌اي بينش‌ها، ارزش‌ها، گرايش‌ها، روش‌ها، كنش‌ها و گويش‌ها است، كه جز با بساماني آن‌ها در عرصه‌هاي مختلف، زندگي به ساماني انساني و ايماني نمي‌رسد. عدالت در آموزه‌هاي اين بزرگواران در پنج معنا استعمال شده است: قراردادن و قرار يافتن هر چيز در جاي خودش، انصاف و داد، مساوات، رعايت حقوق و رساندن هر ذي حقّي به حقّش، و اعتدال و ميانه‌روي. اين دو امر (اخلاق و عدالت) دو ركن اساسي زندگي انساني و ايماني در همه عرصه‌هايند؛ در آموزه‌هاي اهل بيت عليهم السلام نسبت اخلاق و عدالت، نسبتي ملازم يكديگر است، و اين دو تنگاتنگ و تنيده در هم اند، و نمي‌توان اخلاق را بي عدالت، و عدالت را بي‌اخلاق ديد و محقق ساخت. مقاله حاضر به روش توصيفي تحليلي با رويكرد قرآني، روايي به بررسي اخلاق تعامل و نسبت آن با عدالت در آموزه هاي اهل بيت عليهم السلام پرداخته و به اين نتيجه رسيده كه عدالت‌گرايي اهل بيت عليهم السلام از جنس اخلاق‌گرايي، و اخلاق‌گرايي ايشان از سنخ عدالت‌گرايي است. به منظور تبيين اين نسبت، به چهار امر اساسي در آموزه‌هاي ائمه طاهرين عليهم السلام پرداخته شده است: تحقّق برنامه عدالت از مجراي اخلاق، جهت‌گيري حكومت، پايبندي به اخلاق در پيشبرد برنامه عدالت، و پاس‌داشت اخلاق در تنگناهاي تحقّق عدالت.

Abstract
The ethics of interaction in the teachings of Ahl al_Bait [the progeny of the prophet of Islam], is inclusive of visions, values, tendencies, methods, actions and sayings. One cannot achieve a prosperous and well-organized life unless he abides by a well-ordered set of values in all walks of life. Justice, in the teachings developed by the infallible Imams, has been applied in five meanings: putting everything on its due place, fairness, equity, moderation and granting everyone his due right. The important concepts of [ethics and justice] are the two basic pillars of a human and faithful life. There is a close and correlational relationship between ethics and justice. One can never imagine ethics without justice and vice-versa. The current paper, having a descriptive-analytic method and a Quranic and traditional [Hadithi] approach, studies the ethics and justice and their relationship. The author has concluded that the progeny of the prophet has paid concurrent heed to the two concepts of justice and ethics. Thus, to explain this relationship, he has paid heed to four basic elements in the teachings of Ahl al_Bait: realizing justice through morality, the direction of government, abiding by morality in establishing justice, respecting morality in delicate situations of implementing justice.
