چكيده
خداوند كه به عنوان معلم اول بشر مي باشد داراي صفات بي نظيري مي باشدكه توجه به هر يك نقش برجسته اي در تربيت انسان ها دارد.لذا شايسته است كه يك معلم با تدبر،تفكر و پيروي و الگوگيري از اين صفات دامنه توانمنديهاي خود را افزايش داده و در اثربخشي و افزايش ثمردهي روزافزون جامعه آموزشي بكوشد.لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر«بررسي صفات الهي از منظر قرآن كريم و استلزامات تربيتي آن» مي باشد.روش پژوهش نيز توصيفي-تحليلي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي مي باشد.نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه با توجه به دامنه علم نامحدود خداوند شايسته است معلمان نيز به اين صفت الهي اقتدا كرده و هيچ زمان خود را در يك نقطه ثابت از علم نگه ندارند و همواره در افزايش علم و دانش و آگاهي هاي خود بكوشند.ضمن اينكه پيوسته از احوال،نيازها و علايق متعلمان خود آگاهي داشته باشند و آنها را تحت نظارت داشته باشند.همچنين با تفكر در رحمت واسعه الهي كه همه عالم را فراگرفته معلمان هم بايد دريايي از رحمت و مهر و عطوفت باشند تا امر تدريس اثربخش تر،انگيزه متعلمان بيشتر و نتايج آموزشي پربارتر گردد.صفت عفوكنندگي خداوندكه بسيار در تعليم و تربيت مؤثر مي باشد و مقدم بر غفوريت اوست حاكي از آن است كه معلمان بايد هم ابتدا متعلم را مورد عفو و سپس غفر قرارداده و هيچ زمان خطاي او را آشكار نكنند.همچنين حليم بودن عزت داشتن خداوند،حكيم بودن،عادل بودن،صادق بودن خداوند به همراه استلزامات تربيتي آنها از ديگردستاوردهاي پژوهش حاضر مي باشد.

Abstract
The great Lord, being the first teacher of mankind, has the sublime attributes. Paying heed and attention to each of these attributes plays a prominent role in human beings’ education. Therefore, it is worthy for the teachers to emphasize on the importance of teaching and education and, while meditating and observing these attributes, increase the scope of their abilities and the efficiency and effectiveness of educational community. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study divine attributes from the point of view of the Holy Quran and its educational implications . The research method is descriptive-analytic and the author uses resources in the library. This research explains some nine attributes of knowledge, mercy, dignity, forbearance, wisdom, justice, truthfulness, honesty, and creativity of Allah, along with their educational implications. Given the unlimited knowledge of Allah, the teachers need to imitate this attribute of Allah, in the sense that they should never stop at fixed level rather they have to learn new things and increase their knowledge and awareness. It is also a matter of constantly monitoring the needs and desires of their students and keeping them under control. Also, by thinking in the boundless mercy of Allah that has covered the whole world, teachers should also be oceans of mercy and compassion by which their teaching can be more efficient and effective. The educational outcomes of such teachers are certainly more productive. Allah is all-excusing and all-forgiving. The teachers are to take lessons from these two attributes. In educating their disciples, since the position of excuse is prior to forgiving, it is suggested that the teachers should first excuse the students and then forgive them. They must refrain from revealing their mistakes at any time. The same lessons must be taken from other divine attributes. Thus, the teacher must be very patient, forbearing and pay attention to the different talents of the disciples. As such, the teachers are to upgrade their students’ ability of discernment, analysis and comprehension.
