چكيده
قرآن كريم كتاب آسماني و حيات بخش است. يكي از دستورات حيات بخش آن عدالت و اجراي آن در جامعه است. در مقاله‌اي كه پيش روي شماست بعد از بيان مفهوم عدالت و يادآوري اهميت و جايگاه آن در آيات قرآن، به اين مسأله پرداخته‌ايم كه از ديدگاه قرآن كريم تحقق عدالت به چه عواملي بستگي دارد؟ زيرا لازم است بدانيم كه قرآن كريم تنها توصيه بعدالت نمىكند بلكه راه‌كارهاي مناسبي را براي تحقق عدالت كه مهم‌تر از توصيه به عدالت است ارائه مي‌دهد. با پژوهشي كه صورت پذيرفت مشخص گرديد كه آيات قرآن كريم عوامل و راه كارهاي مناسبي را براي تحقق عدالت، از قبيل: تشكيل حكومت اسلامي، اجراي دقيق حدود و قوانين الهي، نظارت بر كاركرد كارگزاران حكومتي، مطالبه عدالت از سوي مردم، اجراي عدالت بدون تبعيض، آگاهي بخشي و هشدار، شايسته سالاري، رسيدگي به محرومان و مستضعفان و مشاركت و مشورت مردمي ارائه نموده است؛ كه ما مي‌توانيم از اين عوامل و شيوه‌هاي قرآني براي رسيدن به جامعه‌اي عدالت محور و قرآني استفاده لازم را ببريم. تحقيق پيش روي با بررسي آيات قرآن كريم به بررسي عوامل تحقق عدالت از ديدگاه قرآن پرداخته است.

Abstract
The Quran is a heavenly and life-giving book. One of the main teachings of the Quran is to implement justice in the community. The current paper after explaining the concept of justice, the importance and position of justice in the Quran, has addressed the question that what are the factors that affect realization of justice? Interestingly, the Quran not only suggests justice but also [and more importantly] offers appropriate solutions for implementation of justice. Given the findings of the study, the Quran has specifically suggested the following solutions for implementation of justice: establishment of an Islamic state [or government], the correct execution of divine laws, bringing the authorities’ actions under serious supervision, public demand of social justice, the indiscriminate rule of law, giving useful insight and warnings to people, meritocracy, paying heed to the deprived class of the society and public participation in social affairs. According to the author, one can make use of all the afore-mentioned solutions to realize justice in his society. The paper, heavily relying upon the Quranic verses, has dealt with these factors that affect the implementation of justice in the community.
