چكيده
مباني معرفتي علم پزشكي به معناي باورهاي بنياديني است كه در مقوله سلامت انسان و سير درمان وي اثر گذار است و افق فكري او را درباره سلامت و بيماري‌اش روش مي‌سازد و در مقام عمل و اجرا نيز براي او راهگشاست.
از ديدگاه قرآن حكيم، شناخت خاستگاه تندرستي و بيماري انسان از مهم‌ترين مباني بنيادين و معرفتي در طب و درمان است. بر پايه اين مبنا، خلقت هستي از سوي نيكوترين آفريدگاران و در نظامي احسن پديد آمده است و آيات و نشانههاي آفرينش او نيز داراي نظام احسن هستند. بر اين اساس، شُرور و ناملايمات در عالَم از سوي خداي رحمان نيست و در تضادها و تزاحم‌هاي عالم خاكي و عنصري ريشه دارد.
كلّي‌نگري و توجه به همه ابعاد وجودي انسان نيز از ديگر مباني معرفتي مهم در علم پزشكي است و بر پايه آن، انسان موجودي جسماني و روحاني است و براي رسيدن به كمال، به سلامتي هر دو بعد وجودي نياز دارد. سلامتي انسان در ابعاد گوناگون جسمي و رواني و معنوي به دست مي‌آيد و ابعاد رواني و روحي، اثرگذاري بيش‌تري در سلامت انسان دارند. با اين همه، دانش پزشكي بدون توجه به اين مبنا، روز به روز در حال جزئي‌نگري در جسمانيت انسان است.

Abstract
The epistemological foundations of medical science are the fundamental beliefs that affect human health and the course of its treatment. The foundations, being theoretically and practically effective in the process of diagnosing the disease and their treatment, opens new horizons in front of him. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical. From the Quranic point of view, one of the most important foundations of medicine and treatment is to recognize the origin of health and human illness. Based on this, the universe is created by the most benevolent Creator and in the best possible system. His signs and the signs of his wise creation are also in the best possible system. Thus, evil and hardships of the world are not created by the righteous God, rather they are rooted in the contradictions of the earthly and material world. Holism and having a comprehensive attention to all existential aspects of human are also another important epistemological foundation in medical science. Based on this, human beings are physical and spiritual, and in order to achieve perfection, he needs both existential dimensions to be in a healthy condition. Human health is obtained in various physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions, and psychological and mental dimensions have a greater impact on human health. Nevertheless, medical science, irrespective of this basis, is on its way to devise particular view on human body.
