چكيده
كرامت انسان، از موضوعات مهم و پر معنايي است كه از آغاز پيدايش انسان، تجلّي و تحقق يافته، بر همين اساس از نخستين آيات الهي كه بر پيامبر اعظم(ص) نازل شد حكايت از اين داشت كه پرودگار، كريم ترين كريمان است: بخوان و پرودگار تو كريم ترين{كريمان} است.
درباره كرامت انسان ستايش¬ها و نكوهش¬هاي زيادي در قرآن شده است. گرچه مسئله كرامت انسان در آموزه¬هاي قرآني و گزارش¬هاي روايي و در نظريه هاي روابط بين المللي پذيرفته شده است و انديشوران عرصه هاي علوم سياسي و روابط بين اللمل به تفصيل به جوانب آن اشاره كرده¬اند، ولي گستره كرامت انساني در روابط بين الملل مرتبط به آن در ميان¬كنش با فعاليت¬هاي بين المللي كه مُستلزم نقض كرامت انساني است، چندان هُويدا نيست. به جهت آنكه تحقيقي موسّع و يكپارچه در اين¬باره صورت نگرفته است! از اين¬رو پرسش از ميان¬كنش كرامت انساني و كاربرد آن در روابط بين الملل، مسأله¬اي است كه نيازمند كاويدن تا مرحله پاسخي درخور است (تبيين مسئله) در اين ميان، كرامت انسان از نگاه قرآن كاملاً روشن و راهنماست اما در روابط بين الملل شاخه اي از علوم سياسي است به مطالعه سياست خارجي كشورها و روابط بين دولت هاي در نظام بين المللي مي پردازد كه يكي از مهمترين اركان در روابط بين الملل بازيگران عرصه بين المللي آن است و جزء مهم آن افراد هستند كه تنها در شكل زمان داران ،تصميم گيرندگان، دولتمردان، نمايندگان مردم و كارشناسان و... ظاهر مي شود و عاملان واقعي و زنده كنش ها و واكنش ها هستند.(فرضيه) رسالت اين مقاله بررسي و بازخواني ميان¬كنش كرامت انساني از نگاه قرآن مجيد و كاربرد آن در روابط بين الملل است .(هدف) و به روش توصيفي و تحليلي فرآيندي را طي مي¬كند.(روش) كه برآيند آن تبيين ميان¬كنش كرامت انساني از نگاه قرآن مجيد و كاربرد آن در روابط بين الملل خواهد بود. (يافته)

Abstract
Human dignity is one of the most important and meaningful issues that has been manifested since the beginning of mankind. Based on the first divine verses [Read, and your Lord is the most generous], the great Prophet (pbuh) has received, it became known that Allah, the exalted, is the most generous and honorable. There are abundant admiring and admonishing verses in the Quran about human dignity. Although the Qur anic teachings, the narrated reports and the theories and thinkers in international relations and politics have accepted human dignity and discussed about its different aspects in detail, yet the scope of human dignity is not clear in international relations. For we observe the violations of human dignity in international arena. Because there has not been a thorough and integrated research on the issue of human dignity. Hence, the question of human dignity and its application in international relations is a problem that needs to be explored (problem description). Meanwhile, human dignity is clear from the viewpoint of the Qur an. However, human dignity, is not clear in International relations. IR is a branch of political science, it deals with the study of the foreign policy of countries and the relations between governments in the international system. One of the most important pillars of international relations is international players [actors]. The players appear in the form rulers, decision-makers, government officials, representatives of the people and experts, and etc. They are the real producers of actions and reactions. The purpose of this article is to review and reconsider the interaction of human dignity from the point of view of the Holy Qur an and its application in international relations (Purpose). It undergoes a process of descriptive and analytical method, that will explain the interaction of human dignity from the perspective of the Holy Qur an and its application in international relations.
