Gender role in increasing or decreasing sexual crimes, with emphasis on Quranic teachings

Abstract Criminological findings show that various factors contribute to the process of the formation and development of sexual crimes. In the meantime, the biological, psychological and social characteristics of victims as one of the many factors that influence the calculation of criminals is also of particular importance. In this regard, some women, due to their physical characteristics, are considered as suitable targets for the sexual offenders. Thus, women are prone to sexual offences and are considered to be, more than others, as suspect victims , vulnerable victim or victimized stimulants . Exposing sexual offenses. Empirical studies suggest that a victim of a stimulus, with provocative behaviors, can provoke a perpetrator and play a major role in committing sexual crimes. Yet, he by observing certain behaviors (self-care) can provide grounds for reducing crime. From the Qur anic teachings, one can understand the scientific authority of the Holy Qur an in this important matter and emphasizes on the role of women in the development and formation of sexual crimes (increase in crimes), and recommend appropriate solutions to prevent it (reduction of crimes). This article, paying attention to the scientific findings of criminology and the scientific authority of the Qur an, analyzes how women behave in the formulation and development of sexual crimes, as well as preventing and reducing them. چكيده يكي از باسابقه‌ترين، مهم‌ترين و زيان‌بارترين جرايم عليه بنيان و ثبات خانواده و اجتماع، جرايم جنسي است كه بي‌توجهي يا كم‌توجهي نسبت به آن مي‌تواند آثار نامطلوبي را براي خانواده و اجتماع به دنبال داشته باشد. يافته‌هاي جرم‌شناختي و بزه‌ديده‌شناسي نشان ميدهد كه در فرايند شكلگيري و تكوين جرايم جنسي، عوامل مختلفي نقش دارند. در اين ميان، ويژگيهاي زيستي، رواني و اجتماعي بزهديدگان به عنوان يكي از عوامل تأثيرگذار در محاسبات مجرمان از اهميت خاصي برخوردار است. در اين راستا، برخي مانند زنان به لحاظ ويژگيهاي طبيعي شان اهداف مناسبي براي بزهكاران جنسي محسوب مي‌شوند و آنان را بيش از ديگران به مثابه‌ي «بزه‌ديدگان مستعد» يا «بزه‌ديدگان بالقوه آسيب‌پذير» يا «بزه ديده محرك» در معرض ارتكاب جرايم جنسي قرار مي‌دهند. از آموزه‌هاي قرآني، مي‌توان مرجعيت علمي قرآن كريم را در اين مهم فهم كرد؛ چه، هم به نقش زنان در تكوين و شكل‌گيري جرايم جنسي (افزايش جرايم) اشاره دارد و هم توصيه‌ها و راهكارهاي متناسب را جهت پيش‌گيري آن تأكيد مي‌كند (كاهش جرايم). اين مقاله با عطف به يافته‌هاي علمي جرم‌شناسي و مرجعيت علمي قرآن، با استفاده از روش توصيفي – تحليلي، چگونگي رفتار زنان در تكوين و شكل‌گيري جرايم جنسي و افزايش آن و نيز با هدف پيش‌گيري و كاهش، آن را به تحليل مي‌گيرد. كليدواژگان: بزه‌ديدگي زنان، جرايم جنسي، جرم‌شناسي، آموزه‌هاي قرآني.
