چكيده
جرمشناسي مانند ساير علوم انساني بر نظريات غربيها بنا نهاده شده است؛ ولي با توجه به اينكه قرآن، برنامه كامل و جامع زندگي فردي و اجتماعي انسان است، لازم است از نگاه اسلامي و بر پايه تعاليم قرآن به معضل جرم نگريسته شود. در اين پژوهش ديدگاههاي علامه طباطبايي در اين باره، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. هدف، شناخت جرم و عوامل آن و راهكارهاي پيشگيري از بزهكاري در قرآن از منظر اين عالم بزرگ ميباشد. نظريات ايشان عمدتاً از «تفسير الميزان» استخراج شده و با اتكا به روش تحليلي-توصيفي، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. علامه با در نظر داشتن كلمات مترادف گناه در قرآن، مخالفت با مواد قوانين عملي كه مجازات در پي دارد را گناه ميداند. در اين تعريف، گناه رابطه نزديكي با جرم دارد. ايشان سبب اصلي و ريشه همه گناهان را غفلت از مقام خدا و ايمان نداشتن به آخرت ميداند. مهمترين راه پيشگيري از جرم از منظر علامه، اخلاق فاضله انساني متكي بر اصل توحيد است.

Abstract
Criminology, like other human sciences, is based on Western ideas, but given the fact that the Quran, the heavenly book of the Muslims, is a comprehensive guide for the individual and social lives of the human, it is necessary to look at criminology from the Islamic perspective and based on the sublime teachings of the Quran. In this research, the author has investigated Allama Tabatabai s views on this subject. The purpose of this study is to recognize the crime, its factors and the methods of preventing delinquency in the Quran from the perspective of this great scholar. His ideas are mainly derived from the commentary of al-Mizan , via analytical-descriptive method. Allama Tabatabai while considering the synonyms of sin in the Qur an, holds that opposing practical laws which brings about punishment, is also a sinful act. In this definition, sin is closely related to crime. According to him, the root cause of all sins is negligence from the position of God and disbelieving the hereafter. The most important way of preventing crime, based on his views, is human virtuous character that rests on the principle of monotheism.
