چكيده
يكي از مهم‌ترين تحولات تاريخ فلسفه علم، هرمنوتيك و انواع آن است كه با چيره شدن هرمنوتيك بر عرصه‌ي فلسفه علم، تحول اساسي در زمينه‌ي روش‌شناسي و فهم صورت گرفت. نقش هرمنوتيك مدرن در مطالعات سازمان و مديريت موضوع اين مقاله است. بنابراين چارچوب نظري برگرفته از موضوعات مختلف در دانش سازمان و مديريت پشتيبان نظري اين نوشتار است. كشف نقش هرمنوتيك مدرن در مطالعات سازمان و مديريت ميّسر است. بررسي اين فرضيه منوط به روش توصيفي- تحليلي با ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه‌اي و هدف آن دستيابي به نقش هرمنوتيك مدرن در مطالعات سازمان و مديريت است. بر اين اساس، از ميان انواع هرمنوتيك، نگاه هرمنوتيك مدرن عينيت بخشيدن به علوم انساني است. ازاين‌رو، موضوع اصلي در هرمنوتيك مدرن، نه شناخت متن، و نه شناخت معناي متن، بلكه شناخت زندگي و حيات ظهور يافته در متن است. مديريت به عنوان «عمل مديريتي»، همزاد با زندگي اجتماعي بشر بوده و به مثابه يك رشته علمي، درخششي چشم‌گير داشته و رازگشاي بسياري از رموز پيچيده حيات سازماني انسان‌ها و تضمين تحقق اهداف آن بوده است. در چرخه كوتاه دانش مديريت، عنصر انساني سازمان نقش محوري دارد. ازاين‌رو، فهم و شناخت انسان همواره محور توجه‌انديشمندان مسلمان و غير مسلمان بوده است، اما آموزه‌هاي قرآن كريم كريم تفسير متفاوتي از انسان ارائه كرده است. قرآن كريم انسان را داراي دو ساحت روح و بدن مي‌داند. نتايج مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه هرمنوتيك مدرن در معناكاوي و فهم موضوعات سازماني و مديربتي همچون انسان سازماني، كاربرد نظريه‌ها، فرهنگ سازمان اسلامي، استعاره‌هاي سازماني و... نقش‌آفريني مي‌كند.

Abstract
This paper deals with the role of modern hermeneutics in organization and management studies. The research makes use of library archive. The purpose is to achieve the role of modern hermeneutics in organization and management studies. One of the most important developments in the history of the philosophy of science is hermeneutics and its types, with the dominance of hermeneutics on the field of philosophy of science, a fundamental transformation in the field of methodology and understanding has occurred. From varieties of hermeneutics, the modern hermeneutic look is to objectify the human sciences. Hence, the main theme in modern hermeneutics is neither recognition of the text, nor the recognition of the meaning of the text, but the recognition of the life and the life that has emerged within the text. Management as a managerial action was a twin to the social life of mankind, and as a scientific discipline, it had a spectacular effect solving many mysteries and complexities of the human life s. It had a great part to play in realization of human goals. In the short life of management [as an academic discipline], the human element of the organization plays a central role. Hence, human understanding has always been the focus of attention of Muslim and non-Muslim scholars, but the teachings of the Holy Qur an have provided a different interpretation of mankind. The Holy Qur an maintains that man has two [physical and spiritual] aspects. The results of the paper show that modern hermeneutics contributes to the meaning and understanding of organizational and managerial issues such as organizational man, the application of theories, the culture of the Islamic organization, organizational metaphors, and so on.
