چكيده
توصيف، تبيين، تجويز و انتقاد نسبت به نظريه هاي سازمان و مديريت، بدون شناخت انسان امكان پذير نيست؛ زيرا از سويي به لحاظ هستي شناختي سازمان برساخته ي ذهن انسان بوده و از سوي ديگر انسان به طور ذاتي و طبيعي عمل گرا، منفعت طلب و كمال جو است. با عنايت به اين كه ويژگي هاي ذاتي انسان بر چگونگي، بايد ها و نبايد هاي سازمان مؤثر مي باشد، لازم است ساحت هاي وجودي او را به خوبي شناخته و تبيين نمود. اهميت پژوهش حاضراز اين جهت است كه تلاش دارد با بهره گيري از روش برون متني، به تبيين ابعاد وجودي انسان، ويژگي ها، اوصاف و منشأ و مبناي آن ها از ديدگاه قرآن كريم پرداخته و گفتمان غير قرآني را در مور ابعاد وجودي انسان، نقد نمايد.
برايند پژوهش حاضر اين است كه گفتمان غير قرآني در زمينه ابعاد وجودي انسان و منحصر دانستن آن به بُعد مادي و جسمي، مورد نقد جدي گفتمان قرآني قرار مي گيرد؛ زيرا وجود انسان را مركب از ابعاد مادي و معنوي مي داند. در اين گفتمان فلسفه وجودي سازمان رسيدن به اهداف مادي نيست، بلكه اهداف مادي را در راستا و هم جهت با اهداف معنوي در نظر مي گيرد. در اين گفتمان علاوه بر عقل كه مركز حسابگري، منفعت طلبي و كمال جويي انسان مي باشد، قلب كه مركز احساسات و عواطف انساني است، جايگاه ارزشمند تري دارد. فطرت و طبيعت هم مبنا و منشأ ابعاد وجودي انسان و هم، مبنا و منشأ ويژگي ها و اوصاف اوست.

Abstract
It is not possible to describe, explain, prescribe, and criticize theories of organization and management without acquiring knowledge of human, because on the one hand, ontologically, organization is based on human mind and, on the other, man is inherently and naturally pragmatic, interest-based and perfectionist. Given that the inherent characteristics of man are influential on the content and structure of organization, it is necessary to know and explain the existential aspects of man. The importance of this research lies on its explanation of the existential dimensions and characteristics of human beings, the origins and basis of such features in the light of the Holy Qur an and using intra-textual method. It will also, using non-Quranic method, criticize the non-Qur anic discourse on evaluation of human existential dimensions. The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytic. The result of the study is that the non-Quranic discourse which confines the human existential dimensions to either of the aspects, is seriously criticized by the Qur anic discourse; because it considers human existence to be both material and spiritual. In this discourse, the existential philosophy of the organization is not to achieve material goals only, but to consider material goals in the direction and for the spiritual ends. In this discourse, in addition to reason, which is the center of calculus, the human interest and human perfection, the Quran lays great emphasis and value on human heart, which is the center of human emotions. The human innate nature is the origin and source of human the existential dimensions, as well as the basis and origin of his characters and attributes.
