ساز و كار توحيد ربوبي در برنامه¬ريزي راهبردي با تأكيد بر قرآن كريم

Mechanism of divine unity in upbringing in Strategic Planning with Emphasis on the Holy Qur an

چكيده برنامه¬ريزي راهبردي عموماً تحت تأثير باورها و اعتقاداتي است كه از ارزش‌هاي افراد نشأت مي¬گيرد. از نظر قرآن كريم اعتقاد مقدم بر عمل است. يكي از مباني خاص و مهم قرآن كريم توحيد ربوبي به معناي يگانه دانستن خداوند در امر خلق و پرورش هستي است. با اعتقاد به اينكه تدبير جهان به دست مدبر يگانه و كارگزار واحدى است و هيچ موجودى ياري‌رسان او نيست، و او است كه مدبر سراسر هستى است، افعال تغيير نموده و برنامه¬هاي فردي، اجتماعي¬ و سازماني¬ متأثر مي¬گردد. مقاله حاضر بر آن است كه با تحليل محتوايي آيات، چگونگي تأثيرگذاري توحيد ربوبي در شكل-گيري شخصيت مديران در فرايند برنامه¬ريزي راهبردي را پاسخ دهد. اين تحقيق بر روش توصيفي- تحليلي استوار بوده و براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از شيوه¬ي بررسي اسناد و مدارك بهره گرفته‌ است. يافته¬هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه سازوكار توحيد ربوبي همچون مهمترين مبناي قرآني- در تعيين اهداف كلان سازمان، در استفاده از منابع، در تعامل با محيط، در شناسايي، تعيين و ارزيابي گزينه‌هاي راهبردي و در اجراي برنامه راهبردي و ارزيابي آن- نقش و كاركردهاي مهمي در برنامه¬ريزي راهبردي سازمان‌ها دارد. كلمات كليدي: توحيد ربوبي، برنامه¬ريزي راهبردي، اهداف سازمان، محيط

Abstract Strategic planning is generally influenced by beliefs which derive from the values of individuals. In the Holy Quran s view, belief is prior to action. One of the basic principles of the Holy Qur an is the Divine Unity in upbringing, i.e. the oneness of God in creation and upbringing of existence. The belief that the management of the entire universe is at the powerful hand of a wise creator and that no one is at one disposal to help, will affect the believing man’s individual, social, and organizational plans. The present paper, through content analysis of the verses, seeks to evaluate the effect of the belief [the Divine Unity in upbringing] in shaping the personality of managers in the strategic planning process. This research is based on descriptive-analytical method. In collection of data he has used the library archive and reviewed the documents. Findings of the research indicate that the mechanism of divine unity in upbringing - as the most important Qur’anic foundation- has the most essential role and functions in determining the goals of organization, in using resources, in interacting with the environment, in identifying, determining and evaluating strategic options, in implementing and evaluating the strategic planning of organizations.
