چكيده
قرآن به‌عنوان اصلي‌ترين منبع وحي، حاوي تمام دستورالعمل‌هاي حيات بشري هست؛ امّا متأسفانه گامي مؤثر در توسعه و كاربردي كردن مفاهيم و گزاره¬هاي قرآن، آن‌طور كه شايسته و بايسته است صورت نگرفته و تفسيرها و ترجمه¬هاي موجود نيز قابليت استفاده براي همه قشرها را ندارد؛ لذا نگارنده سعي نمود، ابتدايي¬ترين گام را در راستاي توسعه و كاربردي كردن آموزه¬هاي وحياني بردارد و در اين راستا از ميان مباحث سازمان و مديريت، نظريه تصميم¬گيري را انتخاب نمايد؛ زيرا تصميم-گيري نقش گسترده¬اي در زندگي آدمي دارد؛ تا آنجا كه تعلل در شناخت راه¬هاي تصميم¬گيري بهتر، پيامدها و خسارات جبران‌ناپذيري را براي فرد و جامعه به بار مي¬آورد. مواردي كه در اين تحقيق با تكيه‌بر آيات قرآن و منابع تفسيري و با بهره¬گيري از ادبيات مديريتي، پيرامون نظريه تصميم¬گيري از منظر قرآن به‌دست‌آمده است عبارت‌اند از: عقلانيت و حق پذيري، ظرفيت و شرح صدر، مشاوره جويي و نظرخواهي براي شناخت عميق¬تر مسئله، جمع‌آوري گزينه¬ها، تجزيه‌وتحليل گزينه¬هاي احصا شده، انتخاب يك‌راه حل و در پايان توكل بر خدا در اجراي راه‌حل انتخاب‌شده. همچنين نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مهم‌ترين عوامل مؤثر كه نقش محوري در اتخاذ تصميمات مؤثر و كارا دارند عبارت‌اند از: شخصيت فرد، اعتمادبه‌نفس و قدرت تصميم¬گيري، نوع مشكل، موقعيت اجتماعي و عوامل محيطي، دانش اطلاعات درباره مشكل يا موقعيت، عوامل درون‌سازماني، آينده‌نگري و عاقبت‌انديشي، بهره¬گيري از تجربه در تصميم¬گيري. امّا درباره¬ي دام¬هاي تصميم¬گيري، قرآن علاوه بر اينكه نظريات دانش مديريت را تأييد مي¬كند، مواردي را نيز به آن مي¬افزايد همانند: تكبر، ترس و وحشت از نتايج تصميم¬ها، حرص، تعصب، سعه‌صدر.
شايان‌ذكر است كه با توجه به يافته‌هاي صورت گرفته، نظريه تصميم¬گيري از منظر قرآن در مقايسه بادانش مديريت جامع¬تر و كامل¬تر هست؛ زيرا قرآن كريم از همه راه‌كارهاي عقلاني در تصميم¬گيري بهره جسته و از هرگونه تصميم¬گيري بي‌ثمر و زيان‌بار به شدّت منع كرده است.

Abstract
The Quran, as the main source of revelation, contains all guidelines for human life, but unfortunately, an effective step in the development and application of the Qur anic concepts and propositions is not done properly, and the existing translations and interpretations cannot be used for all corners. Therefore, the author has tried to take the most basic step toward the development and application of revelatory teachings and, in this regard, chose the decision-making theory from among the issues of organization and management, for decision making plays a broad and decisive role in human life. Moreover, procrastination in knowing the ways of making better decisions irreproachable consequences and damages for both the individual and society. The author, making use of the Qur anic verses and the exegetical sources on the one hand and using the management literature about the theory of decision making on the other concludes that: rationality and legitimacy, capacity and benevolence, counseling and opinion polls for gaining deep knowledge about the problem, collecting options [alternatives], analysis of selected options, choosing a solution, and, finally trusting God in the implementation of the chosen solution. Also, the results of the research showed that the most important factors that play a pivotal role in making effective and efficient decisions are: one’s personality, confidence and decision-making power, the type of problem, social status and environmental factors, knowledge about the problem or position, inter-organizational factors, forward looking attitude, taking advantage of experience in decision making. But regarding the barriers of decision making, the Qur an, in addition to acknowledge the theories of management, adds some other elements such as: arrogance, fear and horror from the results of decisions, greed, bias, and etc.
It is worth noting that according to the findings, the decision-making theory from the perspective of the Qur an is more comprehensive and perfect in comparison to the science of management. For the Holy Qur an has used all the rational solutions in decision making and has severely prohibited any damaging elements in decision-making.
