چكيده
مسأله ولايت فقيه كه در امتداد نبوت و امامت معصومين(ع) درغيبت امام زمان(عج) جهت حكومت و رهبري جامعه اسلامي بسوي تعالي و انسانيت است، از جمله مسائل اعتقادي در انديشه سياسي اسلام است. كه از دير زمان تا امروز به گونه¬اي از سوي علماء و فقها و انديشمندان اسلامي ارائه گرديده شده است. اين نظرات و دريافت¬ها با منبعيت و ريشه¬يابي از قرآن¬كريم بوده است كه با توجه به دلايل متقن وجود در منابع اسلامي، به راحتي وبه وضوح مي¬توان، شبهات منكران ولايت فقيه و منافقان را جواب داده و رد نمود.
در اين تحقيق كوشش گرديده كه واژه¬هاي «ولايت» و «فقيه» در لغت و اصطلاح، در عرفان، كلام و فقه بررسي شود و مسأله ولايت فقيه از نگاه قرآن تبيين گردد. و نيز به بيان نظراتي تطبيقي و مقايسه-اي بين شيعه و سني با محوريت ديدگاه امام خميني پرداخته شده است.
از جمله موضوعات پرداخته شده:
* بيان نظرات علماء اهل سنت و بزرگان و فقهاي شيعه در ابعاد متعدد ولايت فقيه
* شروط تحقق امر حكومت براي فقيه جامع¬الشرايط
* معصوم نبودن و ولايت مطلقه و... مي¬باشند.

Abstract
The issue of Velayat-e faqih [the authority of jurist], which is the continuation of the prophecy and Imamate of the infallible figures during occultation, is one of the articles of faith in the political thought of Islam. This doctrine reflects the political aspect of Islam and is for the issue of government that can lead the Islamic society towards excellence and humanity. This research problem, from time immemorial until today, has been the focus of attention of many jurists and Islamic scholars. These comments and suggestions have been based on the background and roots of the Quran, which, with the obvious reasons for the existence of Islamic sources, can easily and clearly resolve and reject the doubts of the deniers of the authority of jurist and the hypocrites. The method of this writing is descriptive-analytic along with a comparative study of opinions. In this research, the author attempted to study the words of authority and The Faqih from different perspectives such as lexicology, terminology, in mysticism, theology and jurisprudence, and the problem of the authority of jurist from the Quranic perspective. As such, he has a comparative view of the Shiite and Sunni scholars based on Imam Khomeini s point of view. Among the topics discussed are as: 1. Expression of the views of Sunni and Shiite scholars on various aspects of Velayat-e faqih [the authority of jurist]; 2.
