چكيده
يكي از مباني مهم تفسير علمي قرآن توجه به اهداف اصلي و فرعي قرآن از بيان مطالب علمي است كه توجه به اين مبنا مي¬تواند موجب جهت دهي صحيح به تفسير علمي در علوم طبيعي و انساني گردد.
چنان¬كه خود آيات قرآن گواهي مي¬دهد، هدف نهايي و اصلي از نزول قرآن، هدايت انسان، يعني به كمال رسانيدن استعدادهاي اوست؛ اما در راستاى همين هدف اصلى، بيان مطالب علمي قرآن، اهداف فرعى ديگرى نيز دارد: هموار نمودن شناخت مبدأ و معاد با بيان قدرت پروردگار در علوم طبيعي و انساني، اثبات نبوت و اعجاز قرآن از راه اثبات فرابشري بودن مطالب دقيق علمي، نشان دادن اهميت و جايگاه علم از ديدگاه اسلام، ايجاد پرسش در ذهن بشر و دعوت او به تفكر در شگفتي¬هاي علوم طبيعي و انساني و نظريه¬پردازي متفكران در اين عرصه¬ها از جمله آن¬هاست.
اگرچه كه قرآن كتاب اقتصاد، روان¬شناسي، مديريت و ... نيست و نمي¬توان با نگاه ابزاري، مطالب علمي را به قرآن تحميل كرد، اما از اين نكته نيز نبايد غفلت نمود كه هرجا قرآن در اين علوم ورود پيدا كرده، صحيح¬ترين و دقيق¬ترين نكات آن علم را بيان نموده و درهاي فهم بيشتر را به روي انسان گشوده است.
بي¬توجهي به اهداف اصلي و فرعي نزول قرآن، مفسر را به تفسير به رأي، تطبيق بدون دليل مطالب غير قطعي علوم بشري با آيات و يا پايين آوردن جايگاه مطالب دقيق علمي قرآن، در حد ساده نمودن فهم مخاطب و پندار امكان غير واقعي بودن آن¬ها مي¬رساند.

Abstract
One of the main foundations of the Quran s scientific exegesis is to focus on what are the primary and secondary goals of the Quran from the expression of scientific materials. Paying heed to this foundation, may cause the scientific interpretation move towards correction direction in the natural and human sciences. The author, using library recourse, examines the verses and stances of the prominent figures, describes and analyzes the goals of the Quran descent. As such, in dealing with some cases, he conducts a comparative study between the Quran and science. The Qur an itself testifies that the ultimate goal of the its descent is to guide mankind and actualized their talents. Nevertheless, in pursuit of this ultimate purpose, the expression of the scientific material in the Quran has other sub-goals: to pave the ground for recognition of the beginning and the end [resurrection] with expressing the power of the Lord in the natural and human sciences, to prove the prophethood and inimitability of the Quran through demonstration of the fact that the Quran’s exact scientific materials are extra-ordinary and transcendental; to show the importance and position of science from the point of view of Islam, to create questions in the minds of mankind and invite them to think in the wonders of natural and human sciences and encourage the thinkers to theorize in these fields. Although the Qur an is not the book of economics, psychology, management, etc., and it is impossible to have an instrumental look at the scientific content of the Qur an; but it should not be forgotten, too, that whenever the scientific issues are raised, the Holy Qur an has revealed the most accurate and precise scientific points, and has opened for human beings the door to greater understandings. Disregarding the primary and secondary goals of the Quran descent may lead to the following results: interpreting the Quran subjectively and arbitrarily, imposing uncertain hypothesis of the humanities to the Quranic verses, lowering the position of the Quran’s exact scientific contents, loose simplification of the scientific content of the Quran to the low level of audience comprehension, and assuming the Quranic content as unreal.
