چكيده فارسي :
علم مديريت و سازمان از علوم ضروري و كاربردي در جامعه كنوني است كه در دانش مديريت و سازمان به تفصيل به آن پرداخته شده است؛ اما در حوزه اسلامي به ويژه قرآني با رويكرد نظريه‌پردازي چندان كاري مهمي صورت نگرفته. شهيد صدر (ره) يكي از چهره‌هاي برجسته علمي است كه معتقد است نظريه‌پردازي در حوزه مسائل علمي بايد مبتني بر قرآن صورت گيرد. او تأكيد به نظريه‌پردازي با محوريت آيات قرآن كريم دارد به ويژه در مورد علوم انساني اسلامي، او نياز جامعه و عصر كنوني را نظريه‌پردازي بر اساس آموزه‌هاي وحياني جهت پاسخگويي به نيازهاي امروز بشري مي‌داند. در اين پژوهش روش استفاده از الگوي شهيد در حوزه نظريه‌پردازي سازماني و مديريتي تبيين شده است. براساس الگوي شهيد صدر (ره) نظريه‌پردازي قرآني در حوزه سازمان و مديريت ابتدا بايد واقعيت جامعه مد نظر قرار گيرد، به‌گونه‌اي كه موضوع مديريتي و سازماني مانند «تصميم‌گيري» با استفاده از دانش مديريت درك و فهم شود سپس به شكل يك مسئله و سؤال به قرآن كريم عرضه گردد، در مرحله بعد، استقراء كامل درآيات با موضوع مورد نظر صورت مي‌گيرد. در مرحله بعد آيات جمع‌آوري شده (اعم از آيات مخالف و موافق) تجزيه و تحليل خواهند شد. بنابراين ديدگاه جامع قرآن كريم در رابطه به موضوع (مديريتي و سازماني) استنباط مي‌گردد؛ و در آخر تمايزات نظريه قرآني با نظريه‌هاي دانش مديريت مقايسه مي‌شوند.

Abstract
Mohammad Baqer Sadr has been one of the leading scientific figures in recent decades. Shaheed Sadr, being a scholar of intellectual genius, emphasized on Islamic theorization with the centrality of the Holy Qur an and with a particular look at human-Islamic sciences. He is of the view that it is the Quran that has for the first time ever introduced the subject matter of theorization. Shaheed Sadr, by understanding the contemporary needs of the Islamic society, has developed the science of theorization on the basis of Quranic principles. According to him, the thematic commentary of the Holy Quran, has the capacity to meet the basic needs of the society. He has tried, in a scientific and logical way, to introduce Islam, comparing to other human-made schools, as an advanced and comprehensive school of thought. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, has attempted to investigate Shaheed Sadr’s well-known method [thematic exegesis] in theorization. His method is to study new questions, derived from humanities, in the light of the Quranic principles that will lead to development of new sciences. This article studies his method in the context of organization and management.
