The Qur an’s authority and humanities with a jurisprudential approach

چكيده قرآن كتاب هدايت است پس بايد مشتمل باشد بر تمامي علوم و معارفي كه بشر در مسير حركت در صراط مستقيم بدان نيازمند است بي شك يكي از مصاديق قطعي موارد نيازمندي دانش فقه است چون متكفل است بر تبيين و طايفه ميان عبد و رب هدف اين نوشته استدلال بر جامعيت و مرجعيت قرآن نسبت به فقه است در راستاي اثبات اين مدعا ضمن تفسير مفهوم فقه القرآن و توضيح مقصود و تفكيك ميان مقام ثبوت و اثبات از هفت طريق به روش كتاب خواني و تحليلي بر اثبات مدعا استدلال شده است و رد نتيجه جامعيت و مرجعيت قرآن در فقه ثابت شده است كليدواژگان: فقه القرآن، مرجعيت، سنت، آيات الاحكام

Abstract The sciences [or knowledge] which are taught and developed in religious seminary institutions, are examples of human sciences [Humanities] that comes from the clear spring of revelation. Undoubtedly, the vast majority of the human sciences are either derived from the Qur an, or at least the Quran has played a key role in its growth and development. This article seeks to establish the authority of the Qur an in regard with the knowledge of jurisprudence [as one example from human sciences]. The author will inevitably discuss the issues related to this issue including: the necessity of the revival of the Qur anic legislative dimension, the conceptualization and types of Quranic jurisprudence, the characteristics that prevail the Quranic jurisprudence, and other necessary factors that influence the development of jurisprudential inferences and etc. And yet, in order to avoid citing redundant points, the focus of the attention is on the final title.
