چكيده
برخي آيات قرآن از جمله آيه شريفه «فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ الزَّوْجَيْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَ الْأُنْثى» (قيامت/39) اشاره لطيفي به موضوع توازن جمعيت زن و مرد دارد و اين نكته يكي از مصاديق اعجاز علمي قرآن كريم است؛ چرا كه اين مقوله به صورت علمي در نيمه دوم قرن بيستم از جانب دانشمندان كشف شده است. توازن جنسيتي در جامعه بشري و مجموعه‌ي جانداران، زيرمجموعه‌ي دو قانون كلي حاكم بر نظام آفرينش، يعني قانون «توازن و تعادل در نظام هستي» و قانون «زوجيت عمومي مخلوقات» مي‌باشد.
در اين نوشتار، ابتدا مفاهيم «اعجاز علمي»، «توازن» و «جنسيت» و ديگر واژگان جانشين و هم‌نشين، مورد واكاوي قرار گرفته و اصطلاح «توازن جنسيت» با ارائه شاخص‌هاي مفهوم‌شناختي تبيين شده است، سپس اصول و مباني قرآني توازن جنسيت، با استناد به آيات قرآن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در پايان با استناد به گزارش‌هاي رسمي مركز آمار ايران و سازمان‌هاي بين‌المللي، آمار و نسبت‌هاي موجود از وضعيت ميداني توازن جنسيتي در ايران، كشورهاي منطقه و سطح بين‌الملل ذكر شده و به تناسب موضوع مقاله، تحليل‌هاي لازم ارائه شده است.

Abstract
Gender balance, in human society and among all animals and animates, is a subset of the two general laws governing the system of creation, which are ‘the law of balance and stability in the System of universe’ and the general law of ‘creating mate for all Creatures’. In this paper, the author discusses the concepts of balance , gender and other synonymous and substitute terms and then explains the term gender balance by providing conceptual indicators. Later, the Qur anic principles of gender balance, based on the verses of the Quran has been investigated. Finally, while referring to the official reports published by the Iran Statistics Center, and international organizations, the writer analyzes the existing statistics and ratios of the gender balance situation in Iran, the regional countries and in international level. Then he provides his reader with necessary analysis on the problem raised.
