چكيده فارسي :
چكيده
انسان موجودي اجتماعي و متمدّن است و از رهگذر آن به تعالي و سعادت مي‌رسد و وجود بايسته‌ها و شايسته‌ها و نبايسته‌ها و ديگر ضوابطي كه معيار حق و باطل باشند، مقوله‌اي عقلاني و ضروري در اين راستا است.
فرهنگ به معناي مجموعهاي از آگاهيها، باورها، اخلاق، هنر، آداب و رسوم و هرگونه توانايي است كه انسان بر مبناي آن زندگي فردي و اجتماعي خود را تداوم ميبخشد و اساس سعادت و پايه پويايي فرد و جامعه است.
قرآن كريم، در كنار مسائل عقلي يا فقهي به آرايش فرهنگي قلوب انسان نيز پرداخته و ميكوشد تا از مزرعه خرّم دل، ميوههاي عمل صالح به بار بياورد و به سير و سلوك پرداخته شود و راه و رسم پيوند علم و عمل روشن گردد.
از منظر قرآن كريم، رشد و شكوفايي جوامع بشري، در گرو فرهنگ درست و متعالي و رشد يافته مردم است و مهم‌ترين علل و عوامل شكوفايي و اعتلاي فرهنگي عبارت است از :پيروي از قوانين الهي؛ حكومت و رهبري صالح؛ آزادي اجتماعي؛ امنيت جامعه؛ عدالت‌گستري؛ برقراري نظم و وحدت در جامعه.

چكيده لاتين :
Abstract
Human beings are social and civilized creatures, and through their social nature, they reach excellence and prosperity. Thus, they stand in dire need of acquiring virtues and decencies, and other criteria through good and bad, virtue and vice can be distinguished. They seem to be rational and necessary criteria in their course of seeking perfection. Culture is defined as a set of knowledge, beliefs, ethics, art, customs, and any ability on which human beings continue to live their personal and social lives and is the basis of happiness and the foundation of the individual and society s dynamism. The Holy Quran, beside raising rational and jurisprudential issues, deals with the cultural arrangement of human heart. The Quran tries to change the human heart into a fertile field where the farmer reaps the fruitful benefits [righteous deeds] from his heart be guided in the straight path of perfection. The research follows analytical-descriptive methods and collects its data from library archive. From the viewpoint of the Holy Quran, the growth and prosperity of human societies depends on the right, advanced and heavenly culture. And the most important cause and factor of cultural prosperity and excellence are: abiding by the rule of the divine laws, the rule of law, a decent leadership, social freedom, security, expansion of justice, setting order and unity in society.
