دلالت‌هاي تربيتي نسخ در قرآن باتأكيد بر آيه نجوا

Educational analysis of abrogation process: A ground for rethinking the views developed on the abrogated verses in the Qur an

چكيده: آراء قرآن پژوهان در مسأله نسخ به دو دسته عمده مثبتين و منكرين نسخ تقسيم مي¬گردد. در اين ميان برخي از مثبتين نسخ، كاركردي حداقلي براي آيات منسوخ قائلند به گونه¬اي كه اين نوع رويكردها، عملا زمينه را براي مهجور ماندن اين دسته آيات فراهم آورده است. نگارنده معتقد است كه اين دسته از آيات به عنوان بخشي از فرايند نسخ، دلالتهاي تربيتي مهمي براي ساحت‌هاي تعليم و تربيت داشته است. اين نوشتار با روش تحليلي- استنباطي به استخراج اين دلالت¬ها در آيه نجوا با محوريت قرار دادن رأي مشهور نسخ حكم بدون تلاوت پرداخته است و با توجه به دلالت‌هاي تربيتي موجود در فرايند نسخِِ آيه نجوا، به مفاهيم جديدي دست يافته كه با فرض لغويت آيات منسوخ، استخراج اين مفاهيم مغفول مي‌ماند. كليد واژه‌ها: نسخ در قرآن، فرآيند نسخ، آيات ناسخ و منسوخ، آيه نجوا، صدقه و دلالت‌هاي تربيتي.

Abstract The Qur anic scholars opinions on the issue of abrogation are divided into two main positive and negative categories. Some of the proponents are of abrogation attribute minimalistic function to the abrogated verses, inasmuch as these types of approaches have actually provided grounds for these verses to remain isolated. The author believes that this category of verses, as part of the abrogation process, has important educational implications. This paper, using an analytical-inferential method, has extracted these implications in a number of abrogating and abrogated verses. He accepts the famous account on abrogation as criteria that only verdicts [of few verses] are abrogated but the not the recitation of those verses. In the light of this account, he attempts to prove the efficiency of abrogated verses and pave the ground for reflecting upon the views that abrogation has taken place in the Quran.
