چكيده قرآن كتاب هدايت و تربيت انسان به سوي رشد و تعالي و بروز ارزش¬هاي الهي و انساني در اوست كه براي تحقق آن از شيوه¬هاي مختلفي بهره گرفته است. مسئله سرپرستي فرزندان مسئوليتي خطير و موفقيت در آن مستلزم آگاهي است. در مقاله حاضر سعي بر آن شده است والدين با حقوق كودكان آشنا شوند؛ چرا كه تعليم و تربيّت آنها از وظايف بسيار مهم و سنگيني است كه بر دوش والدين نهاده شده و قرآن در اين باره راهكارهايي را بيان نموده كه اين امر در واقع، حاكي از اعجاز تربيتي قرآن دارد. اين راهكارها در قرآن در قالب حقوق مادي و معنوي بيان شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، مهم¬ترين موارد هر يك از اين حقوق مطرح و بررسي شده و مشخص شد قرآن كريم در زمينه قانونگذاري در عرصه حقوق كودك داراي اعجاز تربيتي است و حق حيات، تغذيه نوزاد از شير مادر، تربيت ديني و اخلاقي كودك، ايجاد شخصيت الگويي براي وي و... از جمله حقوق و تكاليفي است كه بر عهده والدين نهاده شده و با رعايت صحيح آن مي¬توانند بزرگترين خدمت را نسبت به فرزندشان انجام دهند و سعادت و خوشبختي آينده او را تضمين كنند. مطالب آن از روش كتابخانه¬اي و با استفاده از كتب معتبر، مخصوصاً كتب تفسيري و روايي گردآوري شده است. واژگان كليدي: قرآن، تربيت، اعجاز، اعجازتربيتي، حقوق كودك

Abstract The Qur an is the book of guiding human beings towards perfection. They are expected to use various ways to reach the high level of excellence manifest the sublime divine and human values. The issue of guardianship of children is a major responsibility and to undertake this responsibility successfully, it requires awareness. The article, has attempted to make the parents fully acquainted with the rights of children, because their education is a very important and heavy duty assigned to the parents. The Qur an, in this respect, describes the strategies that suggest the Qur anic miraculous nature in education. These solutions are cited in the Quran in forms of material and spiritual rights. In the present study, the most important rights the related issues have been investigated and it has been determined that the Holy Qur an is a miraculous book on education particularly on legalizing the rights of children. This heavenly book recognizes the following rights for the children: the right to life, the feeding of infants from breast milk, the religious and moral education of the child, the creation of a personality model for him and etc. The Quran makes the parents dutiful to offer their greatest services to their children and guarantee their future happiness and prosperity with proper observance. Its contents are compiled from the library archive including authoritative books, especially the exegetical books and the books which contain transmitted reports.
