چكيده
انسان به عنوان موجودي اجتماعي و پيچيده كه روز به روز بر پيچيدگي او افزوده مي¬شود داراي ارتباطات با خدا، خود، ديگران و طبيعت است. اديان الهي رهنمودهايي را در خصوص نحوه تنظيم ارتباط انسان¬ها با خدا، خود، ديگران و طبيعت ارائه كرده است. از ميان انواع ارتباطات مذكور، ارتباطات ميان فردي از گستردگي و نيز از اهميت بيشتري برخوردار است، و لذا اين موضوع از منظر قرآن كريم به عنوان پيام الهي و تنها كتابي كه همه¬ي پيروانش در اصالت آن في¬الجمله اجماع دارند، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. هدف از اين تحقيق تبيين موضوع ارتباطات ميان فردي از منظر قرآن كريم است و روش تحقيق بكارگرفته شده در اين مقاله از نوع توصيفي تحليلي است. يافته¬هاي تحقيق عبارت است از ارائه الگوي پنج مرحله¬اي كه از سوي صاحب¬نظران عرصه ارتباطات ارائه شده است، بدين نحو كه در ابتدا آيات مرتبط با عناصر ارتباطي از منظر قرآن كريم گردآوري شده و سپس به مهارت¬هاي ارتباطات كلامي ميان¬فردي، مهارت¬هاي ارتباطات غير كلامي ميان¬فردي و در نهايت به موانع برقراري ارتباط مؤثر ميان افراد پرداخته شده است. الگوي ارائه شده در اين مقاله مي¬تواند مبناي ارتباطات در جامعه اسلامي باشد.

Abstract
Man is a social and complicated being who has connections with God, himself, others, and nature. Divine religions provide guidance on how people communicate with God, themselves, others, and nature. Of the various types of communication, interpersonal communication is of the utmost importance, and therefore it has been studied in the light of the Quran. The divine book whose followers believe unanimously in its authenticity and validity. The purpose of this research is to explain the subject of interpersonal communication from the Quranic point of view, and the research method used in this paper is descriptive-analytic. The research findings indicate that the communicative model provided by the Holy Qur an is neither authoritarian nor based on the audience, but the prescribed pattern of communication is based on wisdom. By this, the Quranic proposed pattern targets the primordial nature [fitrah] and on the basis of every one’s level of personality. Thus, all human beings can be addressed and invited towards the truth/right . Accordingly, the engineering of communication in the Islamic society should be based on the communicative model presented by the Holy Quran.
