چكيده
روسپيگري يكي از بزرگ¬ترين بلاياي اجتماعي است كه مي¬تواند حيات مادي و معنوي، جسمي و روحي جامعه¬ي بشري را تهديد نمايد. از اين رو جامعه مي¬بايست براي جلوگيري از اين آسيب تدابير مناسبي بينديشد؛اين امر جز از طريق شناخت زمينه¬هاي تكوين و تشديد كننده¬ي گرايش به روسپيگري ميسر نيست. قرآن به مثابه متني است كه اگر به خوبي تفسير ، تعليم و اجرا گردد مي¬تواند در جهت پيشگيري و مهار آسيب¬هايي هم¬چون روسپيگري نقش چشمگيري را ايفا نمايد.مقاله¬ي حاضر در همين راستا به مفهوم¬شناسي مسأله روسپيگري و زمينه¬هاي پيدايش و گسترش و راه¬¬كارهاي عملي و منطقي مقابله با آن در قرآن به روش اسنادي پرداخته است. يافته¬ها حاكي از آن است كه ديدگاه قرآن در مورد روسپيگري با نظريه¬هاي فمينيستي در تعارض است و قرآن كريم با سازوكاري متفاوت با اين نظريه¬ها به اين پديده پرداخته است.سلطه¬ي تمايلات جنسي و هوي پرستي، تربيت جنسي نادرست در محيط خانواده، روابط محيطي و تربيت اجتماعي نامناسب، رواج سكس و بي حجابي، دوستي ها و معاشرت با افراد ناباب، مسامحه و اهمال در اقامه¬ي حدود الهي به عنوان زمينه¬هاي پيدايش و گسترش روسپيگري در جامعه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. قرآن در بيان راه¬هاي مقابله و مواجهه با روسپيگري و مفاسد اخلاقي به تشويق امر ازداوج، پيشه سازي عفت و پاكدامني، انجام فرائض ديني و عبادي، اهتمام به تربيت اجتماعي و قرآني و ممانعت از مواجهه¬ي فرزندان با عوامل تحريك كننده و بلوغ زودرس، متانت در نگاه، گفتار، رفتار و قلب و حجاب بدن(حجاب حداقلي و حداكثري) توصيه مي كند.

Abstract
Prostitution is one of the greatest social disasters that can threaten the material, spiritual, physical and spiritual life of the human community. The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytic and based on library resources. The Qur an is a text that, if properly interpreted, taught and executed, can play a significant role in prevention and control of offenses, including the evil of prostitution. The present paper addresses the problem of prostitution. The author first, deals with the conceptual definition of prostitution, the grounds of its emergence and expansion, and Quran’s practical and logical solutions preventing this evil in a documentary manner. The new findings suggest that the Qur ān s views on prostitution is contrary to the feminist theories; for the Holy Qur an, comparing to the feminist accounts, has addressed this phenomenon with a different mechanism. The grounds for the emergence and expansion of prostitution in the society seem to be the following elements: seeking excessive sexual pleasures, improper sexual education in family environment, [polluted] environmental relationships, inappropriate social education, the prevalence of sex and immodesty, keeping friendship with individuals taking morality lightly, and neglecting the establishment of divine laws. The Qur an describes ways of confronting prostitution and moral corruption as well. Those solutions include: pursuit of chastity and purity, the exercise of religious and worshipping acts, paying attention to social and Quranic education, preventing easy access of children to sexually motivating factors and precocious puberty, and keeping modesty in looking, speaking and behavior. (minimum and maximum modesty).
