Biofouling is a major problem in membranes utilization because of making disadvantages in their performance. The most important influences of biofouling are flux reduction and microorganism-based harms. So, antibiofouling membrane fabrication became a necessity for those wastewaters contain microorganisms and would make biofouling. Different modifications methods including during construction and after construction procedures were used for this purpose in which membranes antibacterial and antimicrobial performance have been improved. In this study, a composite polymer membrane was provided by phase inversion technique beside modification in its bulk. It was characterized by FTIR spectra to insure effective presence of both polymers. Antibiofouling tests were performed by a dead end cell to demonstrate its abilities for preventing biofoulants proliferation and their consequent problems. The flux has been enhanced and antibiofouling behavior of membrane was proved by SEM images. Overall, an appropriate membrane was fabricated to provide proper antibiofouling performance to rebuff latter difficulties
