تحقق تمدن اسلامي در گرو شناخت شاخص ها و معيارهاي مهم مورد قبول قرآن و روايات پيامبر(ص) و اهل بيت(ع) است كه در كلام بزرگان دين جاري بوده و در اين راستا پس از انقلاب اسلامي، اين امر در ايران، از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار گرديد. در اين ميان امام خامنه اي ( مدظله العالي) نظريه جديد «تمدن نوين اسلامي» را مطرح كرده اند كه مي توان با به كارگيري شاخص ها در پويايي و گستردگي آن قدم برداشت. در اين پژوهش، بر آنيم تا پاسخ دهيم تمدن اسلامي چيست و شاخصه‌هاي اصلي اجتماعي و فرهنگي آن از نگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب كدامند؟ در اين مقاله، با روش توصيفي – تحليلي به بررسي شاخصه هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي تمدن اسلامي پرداخته ايم. بر اساس نتايج پژوهش حاضر، از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري گسترش و ترقي تمدن نوين اسلامي به همت و خرد دسته‌جمعي نياز دارد كه در سايه اخلاق مداري، ، ايمان و باور به خدا، قانون مداري، توانايي علمي و تربيت نيروي انساني كارآمد براساس تخصص ها به وجود مي‌آيد كه مي تواند به عنوان راهبرد عملي براي كارگزاران نظام اسلامي مفيد و موثر واقع افتد.

In this article, we examine the socio-cultural characteristics of Islamic civilization through a descriptive-analytical method. Based on the results of the present study, from the viewpoint of the Supreme Leader, the leadership of the expansion of the modern Islamic civilization needs a collective effort and wisdom that, in the shadow of moral orthogonality, faith and belief in God, law and order, scientific ability and the training of efficient human resources based on the specialties Which can be used as a practical strategy for agents of the Islamic system.
