چگونگي تحقق دموكراسي جهان شهري بر پايه ارتباطات ميان فرهنگي با استفاده از نظريه انطباق فرهنگي

با گسترش روز افزون ارتباطات در پرتوي فرايند جهاني شدن، پديده هايي همچون دولت، دموكراسي و شهروندي هم‌پا با ساير حوزه هاي علوم اجتماعي در معرض تحول قرار گرفته است. مفهوم «شهر» يكي از اين مفاهيم است كه در صدسال گذشته تحولاتي ژرف و عميق را تجربه كرده است، به گونه‌اي كه مي‌توان شهر را تبلور كالبدي فرهنگ ، وجدان جمعي و حيات ذهني يك جامعه دانست. اهميت مفهوم شهر در نظريات به اندازه اي است كه مي تواند به عنوان پايه اي براي تحقق دموكراسي جهان شهري تلقي گردد. دموكراسي جهان شهري، به طوركلي ميل به جذب ديگري بدون توجه به ساختارهايي همچون مليت است. بر اساس ايده دموكراسي جهان‌شهري، متاثر از جهاني‌شدن، حاكميت دولت‌ها چنان پرمنفذ است، كه ديگر نمي‌توان به مفهوم مرز اعتماد كرد. بر همين اساس، پرسش كليدي اين نوشتار بر چگونگي تحقق دموكراسي جهان‌شهري سامان يافته است. به نظر مي‌رسد كه نظريات ارتباطات ميان فرهنگي، بهترين مبناي نظري براي پاسخ گويي به اين پرسش را فراهم مي سازد. ارتباطات ميان فرهنگي يك كلان نظريه است كه بر ايده تلفيق فرهنگ و ارتباطات تاكيد مي كند. در اين نظريات، نظريه انطباق فرهنگي از اهميت شايان توجهي برخوردار است. نظريه انطباق فرهنگي براين باور است كه ارتباطات ميان فرهنگي بايد از روابط بين فردي آغاز شود و عوامل فرهنگي در اين ميان دخالت داده شوند. در اين ميان «الينگزورث» به عنوان يكي ازنظريه‌پردازان انطباق فرهنگي از هشت قانون نام مي برد كه تسهيل كننده ارتباطات ميان فرهنگي است. نگارنده بر اين باور است با استفاده از اين نظريه و با روش توصيفي مي توان راه‌كارهايي براي تحقق دموكراسي جهان شهري ارائه داد.

Citizenship have been transformed alongside other areas of social science. The concept of city is one of these concepts that has experienced profound and profound developments in the past 100 years, in which the city can be understood as the natural crystallization of culture, collective conscience, and mental life of a community. The importance of the concept of the city in theories is such that it can be regarded as the basis for the realization of the democracy of the urban world. Urban world democracy generally seeks to attract another without regard for structures such as nationality. Based on the idea of world-class democracy, influenced by globalization, the sovereignty of states is so profitable that it can no longer be trusted to the notion of border. Accordingly, the key question of this paper is how well the worldview of democracy is realized. Intercultural communication views seem to provide the best possible basis for answering this question. Intercultural communication is a large-scale theory that emphasizes the idea of integrating culture and communication. In these views, the theory of cultural adaptation is of great importance. Cultural adaptation theory believes that intercultural communication should begin with interpersonal relationships and interact with cultural factors. Meanwhile, Elizabeth called one of the cultural adaptation critics of eight laws that facilitates intercultural communication. The author believes that by using this theory and using a descriptive method, solutions can be found for the realization of the cosmopolitan democracy.
