Solvothermal method was used to synthesis of MIL-101 (Fe). X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) test was implemented for detection of crystalline structure of MIL-101. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) is used to study about the morphology of synthesized MIL-101 and BET-BJH method was used to evaluation of surface area and pore size of MIL-101 (Fe). Synthesized catalyst then was used in alkylation of Benzene (Bz) with Ethanol (EtOH). Results indicate that MIL-101 (Fe) is a powerful catalyst for performing alkylation process at mild conditions.
