بررسي نقش هوشمندي معنوي در مديريت جهادي (مطالعه موردي مديران و كاركنان دانشگاه تهران )

Investigate the role of spiritual intelligence on jihadist management (Case Study: Managers and employees of Tehran University)

محور و مدار مديريت جهادي، اسلام و آموزه‌هاي ديني است و بر اساس آن پارامترهايي چون رفاه و آسايش، كيفيت زندگي مطلوب، آباداني، بهره‌مندي و بهره‌گيري از مواهب الهي، پيشرفت همه‌جانبه و ايجاد درآمد و ثروت براي آحاد مردم مورد توجه است كه براي رسيدن به اين آرمان‌ها با تمام توان، مجاهدت صورت مي‌گيرد. از طرفي ديگر هوشمندي معنوي، با زندگي دروني فرد و ارتباطش با جهان، گره خورده است و ظرفيت فهم عميق سؤالات وجودي و بينش نسبت به سطوح چندگانه هوشياري را شامل مي‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبيين رابطه هوشمندي معنوي با مديريت جهادي است. در اين مقاله با استفاده از روش كمي كه جامعه آماري آن مديران و كاركنان دانشگاه تهران هستند به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده 200 نفر با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. نتايج پرسشنامه به‌وسيله نرم‌افزار Lisrel و گرفتن تحليل تأييد عاملي و سنجش ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تعيين وضعيت متغيرهاي مدل توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد، ميان مؤلفه‌هاي هوشمندي معنوي و مؤلفه‌هاي مديريت جهادي رابطه مثبتي وجود دارد. به‌طوري‌كه مديريت جهادي مورد تأكيد اسلام، ضمن برخورداري از مؤلفه‌هاي خود، داراي ماهيتي معنوي و هوشمندي معنوي لازم نيز هست.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role and the relationship between spiritual intelligence in the of jihad management. In this paper, using quantitative statistical population are the managers and employees of Tehran University a simple random sampling method of 200 people were questioned by self-made questionnaire. Questionnaire results by software lisrel and confirmatory factor analysis and assessment of the Pearson correlation coefficient and determine the status of variables were analyzed by spss software. The findings showed that between the components of spiritual intelligence components Jihad management positive relationship exists. So that Jihad management emphasized in Islam Besides having its elements itself, it has a spiritual nature and spiritual intelligence as well.
