به منظور دست يابي به احكام و اخلاق حرفه اي يك تاكسيران در كلان شهر تهران از منظر اسلام، منابه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. فيش هاي استخراج شده از منابع كتابخانه اي ، تحليل محتوا و مضمون شد. اصول كلي و فرمول هاي مندرج در آن ها مشخص گرديد. پس از بيان تعاريف تحقيق، براساس مطالعات، تجربيات و پژوهش هاي صورت گرفته، شاخصه هاي رفتاري يك تاكسيران براساس رويكرد اسلامي و برگرفته از آموزه هاي ديني در شش محور(رعايت قانون و قانون مداري؛ احترام به مشتري و مشتري مداري؛ رعايت امانت و امانتداري؛ تلاش جهت كسب رزق و روزي حلال و بابركت؛ اهتمام به شعائر ديني؛ پايبندي به تعهد، مسئوليت پذيري، ايثارگري و فداكاري)ذيل تبيين و تحليل گرديد. در هر محور بصورت كاملاً كاربردي مواردي كه يك تاكسيران بايد متناظر با بحث ارائه شده در شغل خويش رعايت نمايد و مورد توجه قرار دهد فهرست گرديده است و سپس در ادامه به اصول اخلاقي تاكسيران برتر بر اساس تعاليم دين مبين اسلام اشاره گرديد. برخي از اين اصول عبارت اند از : اصل صبر و شكيبايي؛ •اصل حسن معاشرت و پرهيز از بدزباني؛ اصل توكل ؛ اصل صداقت؛ اصل كظم غيظ؛ اصل امانت داري؛ اصل قناعت؛ اصل شكر؛ اصل حياء و عفت؛ و اصل انصاف. در بخش ديگر مقاله گزيده اي از احكام مربوط به تاكسيراني گردآوري گرديده و سپس بخش پاياني مقاله به ارائه پيشنهاداتي جهت بهره مندي از پژوهش صورت گرفته پرداخته است.
