تأثير نوآوري در حل مسائل ناشي از تغييرات در سازمان هاي دولتي؛ مورد مطالعه استانداري قزوين

The Effect of Innovation on Solving Issues Caused by Changes in Government Organizations; Case Study: Governorateof Qazvin

امروزه نظامهاي اجتماعي با چالشهاي پيچيده و مبهمي روبرو هستند، تغييرات بسيارسريع محيط نيزباعث غيرقابل پيشبيني شدن آينده نظامهاي اجتماعي و در راس آن سازمان گشته است. به ناچارسازمانها و شركتها براي ادامه حيات و بقا خود و پاسخ به چالشهاي فزاينده نيازمند نوآوري هستند. اين مهم محقق نميگردد مگر با نوآوري سازماني كه به عنوان موتور حركت دهنده سازمان و توسعه كشور تلقي ميشوند. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير نوآوري (در سه بعد نوآوري خدمات، نوآوري فرآيند و نوآوري كلي سازمان) در حل مسائل ناشي از تغييرات و رقابت در استانداري قزوين ميباشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر روش بكار رفته يك تحقيق توصيفي–پيمايشي است. بعلاوه تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي ميباشد. در اين پژوهش به منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانهاي و مقالات و اسناد اداري و براي جمعآوري دادههاي مربوطه از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه وتحليل دادهها و فرضيه تحقيق ازنرم افزار SPSS24 استفاده شد. يافتههاي پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه نوآوري در استانداري قزوين در سطح مطلوبي قرار دارد و رابطه مثبت و معناداري بين نوآوري با حل مسائل مربوط به تغييرات در استانداري قزوين وجود دارد.

Today, social systems face complex and ambiguous challenges; very rapid changes in the environment have also led to the unpredictability of the future of social systems and at the top of them the organization. Inevitably, organizations and companies need to innovate in order to continue their lives and survival and their response to increasingly challenging challenges. This will not be achieved without organizational innovation that is considered as an organization mobility engine and development of the country. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovation (in three dimensions of service innovation, process innovation, and organization’s overall innovation) in solving the problems caused by changes and competition in governorate of Qazvin. The present research is a descriptive-survey research. In addition, the research, from the point of view, is applicable. In this research, we used library method to collect information and articles and administrative documents, and a questionnaire has been used to collect relevant data. To analyze data and research hypothesis a SPSS-24 software has been used. Findings of the research show that innovation in governorate of Qazvin is in a desirable position and there is a positive and significant relationship between innovation and solving changes in governorate of Qazvin.
