The Relationship between Organizational Spirituality and Decision-Making Styles of Sport Managers in Qom

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين رابطه معنويت سازماني با سبك‌هاي تصميم‌گيري مديران ورزشي شهرستان قم انجام گرفته است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف،‌ كاربردي و از نظر روش تحقيق همبستگي است كه در آن سعي شده است رابطه ميان معنويت سازماني با سبك‌هاي تصميم‌گيري مديران ورزشي شهرستان قم بررسي شود. روش نمونه‌گيري تمام‌شماري است و برابر با 65 نفر است. ابزار پژوهش، دو پرسشنامه معنويت سازماني (2003) با 20 سوال و پرسشنامه‌ سبك‌هاي عمومي تصميم‌گيري اسكات و بروس (1995) با 25 سوال بود كه پس از سنجش روايي و پايايي، در اختيار جامعه آماري قرار داده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده از آمار توصيفي و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شد. نتايج حاصل از آزمون فرضيه‌ها، نشان داد كه معنويت سازماني با سبك‌هاي تصميم‌گيري مديران ورزشي شهرستان قم رابطه دارد. ميان معنويت سازماني و سبك تصميم‌گيري عقلايي مديران جامعه پژوهش، همبستگي مستقيم و بين معنويت سازماني و سبك‌هاي تصميم‌گيري شهودي و اجتنابي، همبستگي معكوس وجود دارد. ضريب همبستگي معنويت سازماني با دو سبك تصميم‌گيري وابستگي و آني معني‌دار نبود.

The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between organizational spirituality and decision-making styles of sport managers in Qom. This research is practical in its purpose and descriptive in its method, where it was tried to determine the relationship between organizational spirituality and decision making styles of sport managers in Qom. Using census sampling method, 65 people involved in this survey. Milimin organizational spirituality questionnaire involving 20 questions, and public decision-making styles questionnaire with 25 questions by Bruce and Scott were the means of the research. They were distributed between statistical population after evaluating their validity and reliability. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient) were used. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that organizational spirituality affects the decision making styles of sport managers in Qom. There is a positive correlation between organizational spirituality and rational decision-making style of managers in research community. There is also a negative correlation between organizational spirituality and intuitive decision making styles. The correlation coefficient of organizational spirituality was not significant for dependent and immediate styles of decision making
