Comparison Quality of Work Life and its dimensions amang Urban and Rual Primary teachers of Ardabil during the Academic Year2017-18

پژوهش جاضربا هدف مقايسه كيفيت زندگي كاري وابعادآن در بين معلمان دوره ابتدايي مدارس شهري و روستايي شهرستان اردبيل درسال تحصيلي97-1396انجام شد. اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي - علي مقايسه اي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه معلمان ابتدايي مدارس شهري وروستايي شهرستان اردبيل درسال تحصيلي97-1396مي باشد.نمونه پژوهش شامل344نفر آموزگار ابتدايي مي باشد كه با توجه به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي وتصادفي ساده از ميان معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان اردبيل(172نفر معلم مدرسه روستايي و172 نفر معلم مدرسه شهري) انتخاب شدند.براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگي كاري ريچارد والتون(1973) استفاده شد.داده هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه در دو سطح آمار توصيفي واستنباطي با استفاده از نرم افزار22spss مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار گرفت.جهت تجزيه وتحليل اطلاعات،از آزمون tتك نمونه اي و تحليل واريانس مانوا استفاده شد.نتايج آزمونtتك نمونه اي نشان داد وضعيت كيفيت زندگي كاري معلمان ابتدايي مدارس شهري بالاتر از متوسط ومطلوب است وازميان ابعاد آن وضعيت محيط كاري ايمن و بهداشتي، تامين فرصت رشد و امنيت مداوم، وجود قانون گرايي در سازمان و فضاي كلي زندگي كاري بالاتر از متوسط و مطلوب ولي وضعيت پرداخت منصفانه و كافي، يكپارچگي و انسجام اجتماعي و وابستگي اجتماعي زندگي كاري پايين تراز متوسط ونامطلوب است؛همچنين وضعيت كيفيت زندگي كاري معلمان ابتدايي مدارس روستايي بالاتر از متوسط ومطلوب است وازميان ابعاد آن وضعيت محيط كاري ايمن و بهداشتي، وابستگي اجتماعي زندگي كاري ، وجود قانون گرايي در سازمان و فضاي كلي زندگي كاري بالاتر از متوسط و مطلوب ولي وضعيت پرداخت منصفانه و كافي، توسعه قابليتهاي انساني ،تامين فرصت رشد و امنيت مداوم ويكپارچگي و انسجام اجتماعي پايين تراز متوسط ونامطلوب است.نتايج تحليل واريانس مانوا نشان دادكه بين كيفيت زندگي كاري معلمان مدارس شهري وروستايي تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد واز ميان ابعادآن، مؤلفه هاي محيط كاري ايمن و بهداشتي، توسعه قابليتهاي انساني، تامين فرصت رشد و امنيت مداوم، يكپارچگي و انسجام اجتماعي، فضاي كلي زندگي كاري ووابستگي اجتماعي زندگي كاري در بين معلمان مدارس شهري وروستايي تفاوت معنادار ي دارندولي مؤلفه هاي پرداخت منصفانه و كافي ووجود قانون گرايي در سازمان دربين معلمان مدارس شهري وروستايي تفاوت معنادار ي ندارند.اين نتيجه تلويحات مهمي دربهبود كيفيت زندگي كاري معلمان شهري وروستايي دارد.

The aim of this research was to compare the quality of work life and its value among primary and secondary school teachers in the city of Ardabil in the academic year of 2017-18. This is a descriptive-comparative study. The statistical population of this research includes all elementary school teachers in urban and rural schools of Ardabil city in the academic year of 2017-18. The research sample consists of 344 elementary teachers who according to the cluster sampling method and simple random sampling among elementary teachers in Ardabil city (172 rural teachers and 172 urban teachers) The teacher of the urban school was selected. Data collection was done by Richard Walton Quality of Life Questionnaire (1973). The data from the questionnaire were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software 22. To analyze information , Single-sample t test and analysis The results of a single-sample t-test showed that the quality of working life of primary school teachers in urban schools is higher than average, and among the dimensions of the situation are the safe and hygienic environment, the provision of continuous growth opportunities and the existence of legalism in the organization and the overall living environment Work is above average and desirable, but the status of a fair and adequate payment, social integration and social cohesion, and social affiliation are lower than average and low; the quality of work life of primary school teachers in rural schools is higher than average, and among the dimensions of the situation, the safe working environment and Health, Dependency showed that between the quality of working life of teachers in urban and rural there are significant differences and from the dimensions, elements of workplace safety and health, developing human capabilities, providing opportunities for growth and continuous security, social integration, the overall atmosphere of working life Vvabstgy social work life Among school teachers Urban and rural areas have a significant difference. There are no significant differences between the components of fair and adequate payment and the existence of legality in the organization among the teachers of urban and rural schools. This results from significant implications for improving the quality of work life of urban and rural teachers.
