رابطه تفكر انتقادي و هوش هيجاني با تعارضات زناشويي معلمان زن متاهل

The Relationship between Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence with Marital Conflict

در اين مقاله به بررسي تاثير دو متغير مهم از جمله تفكر انتقادي و هوش هيجاني در ميزان تعارضات زناشويي زوجين پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه بين هوش هيجاني و تفكر انتقادي با تعارضات زناشويي معلمان متاهل زن شهر كازرون در سال تحصيلي 1393-94 انجام گرفت .روش تحقيق توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود و جامعه آماري متشكل از تمامي زنان معلم متاهل شهر كازرون با جمعيت 417 نفر بوده است . با استفاده از روش نمونهگيري در دسترس 130 نفر از معلمان زن متاهل به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند . ابزار پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه هوش هيجاني بارا4ن- ، تفكر انتقادي CTDI و پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشويي ( MCQ-R ) بود. داده هاي اين پژوهش از روش همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت . نتايج نشان ميدهد همبستگي معنادار و منفي ميان تفكر انتقادي و هوش هيجاني با تعارضات زناشويي وجود دارد . با توجه به قابل آموزش بودن هوش هيجاني و تفكر انتقادي ميتوان با افزايش اين دو متغير مهم ميزان تعارضات زناشويي را كاهش داد

The present study aims at studing the relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking on one side and the marital conflicts of women teacher marrie of Kazeroon city in year 2014-2015 on the other side . The methodology of the study was descriptive and correlative and the statistical population consisted of all married women teachers of kazeroon city involving 417 teachers . 130 teachers were selected by using avaliable sampling . The instrument of the study consisted of three questionnaires including Bar-On emotional intelligence and critical thinking ( CTDI ) and marital conflict ( MCQ- R ) .By studing the past investigations the validity and the reliability of the instruments wereconfirmed . Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis . The result analysis showed that there were negative and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and critical thinking on one side the marital conflicts of women teachers of Kazeroon city on the other side . It means that marital conflicts decrease as emotional intelligence and critical thinking increase
