This study aims to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of the
employees of selected offices of education in Isfahan. It is a practical research study. Methodologically, it
is a correlation study. The population consisted of all the employees of selected offices of education in
Isfahan in the year 2112. Using Morgan table, 68 participants were chosen as the sample. In order to collect
the data, King’s questionnaire of spiritual intelligence and Dant questionnaire of job satisfaction were used.
Alpha-Cronbach’s method of investigating reliability showed the total reliability of the spiritual intelligence
questionnaire as 19.1, and 1966 for the job satisfaction questionnaire. Using correlation and multivariate
correlation, the data were analyzed. In analyzing the research hypotheses it was found that the spiritual
intelligence variables (such as critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental
awareness, and conscious state awareness) had a positive and significant relationship with the motivational
variables of job satisfaction. Also, all the 4 variables of spiritual intelligence, and all the 3 variables of job
satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship with each other.
